On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure (strong enough to rinse the shampoo without standing there forever). The hotel was also very convenient to where I needed to be while in town. On the down side, I was given a handicapped-accessible room that I didn't need or want and the staff wouldn't change it, there was a cockroach in the room (mostly in the bathroom) that I couldn't get rid of, and there was a large hole in one of the bath towels that I worried I would be charged for.

The breakfast menu was boring. The scramble eggs were funny. Kind of greenish The best thing was the waffles. My room was one with a sofa and had not enough pillows, nor towels.

When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!

The staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Char at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We had a great stay, clean room, comfortable bed, and wonderful breakfast! We will be back!

No hot water in the shower, and the thermostat was inoperable, and the fan ran all the time

The hotel looked secluded upon arrival whereas my family and I were concerned for our safety. Hotel was under renovations so could not enjoy the lobby nor breakfast. Our room had paint on the entry floor and bathroom. We did not get breakfast as there was no place to enjoy. Not satisfied with our stay.

Horrible communication. Fully under construction with no warning and our room was on the first floor. I called the GM to leave a voicemail requesting a refund and still have not heard back from them.

This was terrible! I can’t believe they could even charge for this place, the halls were all torn apart with paint and oil and machinery, ceiling was falling in, shower pan was about to fall through the floor, coffee was even nasty. It smelled in the room and the air conditioner was so old it rattled all night like an old car. Absolutely terrible, save your money and stay literally anywhere else.
