Quality Inn & Suites Golden - Denver West

Large rooms. First night checked in late and room was smoky. Complained to front desk the next morning and switched to a very clean, smokeless room. Good service!

I went to check in was told I couldn’t because they don’t accept digital IDs and never got a refund

Standard hotel, clean room, comfortable bed, some of the staff could improve. Several other issues were resolved immediately upon request.

The rooms were ok, but there were stains on the bedding. The hallways were absolutely atrocious- stained and dirty. The pictures on the website are very deceiving; they should be updated so you know exactly what you are staying in...

Conveniently located by the hospital. Rooms were cheap , breakfast was good (nice way to start the day without having to worry about that stuff). Checking in and out was quick, efficient. No compliments. Would definitely stay there again

Positives: continental breakfast included. Eggs, turkey bacon, waffles, fruits, yogurt. Room smelled good. Parking available. Shower pressure good. Negatives: the lobby does not look anything like the photos. The COVID glass partitions are still up. The hallway smelled musty and moldy. Maybe due to the pools users trekking wet. In the room, it was weird that all the pictures were upside down, the drawers were upside down, the shower fan pulled out, the toilet tank cover wrong size, missing light bulbs, and worst of all, the bed closest to the road had loose legs and shaked all night with every movement. Missing luggage racks and peep hole covers.

Overall, the stay was good. The hotel is outdated and it shows. Carpet in the hallways needs replacing. First impression seeing the carpet made me feel like the room itself was going to be in bad shape, too. Rooms were clean - however restroom vanities could be updated. Continental breakfast and coffee were excellent and staff was very helpful. I also liked that the hotel is close to the Federal LightRail Station.

This hotel is a collapsing, filthy, unsafe disaster where everything is broken, nothing is clean, no one cares, and staying here feels like a punishment for a crime you didn’t commit.

The property itself was okay. The front desk told us that the housekeepers came in daily to clean but they didn’t the whole time we were there- 4 days. We had to ask for clean towels every day and our room was never cleaned. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower leaked. The pool area was gross. Will not stay here again.
