Wouldn't recommend a stay 1 alarm went off in our room only not a smoke or fire alarm something they didn't explain at 1.30am then a mulfation with the air conditioning outside our room at 4.30 am with a massive noise for another hour

Great room, not all rooms have air con so check before if you need it, no bar/restaurant but great selection of snacks/foods available at reception, would definitely come back

i think it’s slightly distant from central station as the walking pathway isn’t as convenient as the ones just opposite central station. however, it would be great for people who have minimal belongings. the staffs are friendly, attentive and helpful. i think the elevator needs to upgrade, perhaps installing one more elevator. i definitely love the built in heater at toilet floor, air conditioning functions well too. 24/7 coffee and tea was amazing, love it. overall, good stay!

we had an amazing stay , good service from the moment we checked in! room was really clean. Bit disappointing that the lady at reception in the evening was more busy with FaceTiming than the guests . But overall we enjoyed it !

Pleasantly surprised when I booked in. Very modern, very clean. Location was just a 5 min walk from the main station but off the main road so nice and quiet. Room was lovely and had a good nights sleep. Kitchenette was perfect, although I only made a couple of cups of teas! Reception staff all very professional and welcoming.

The apartment was very nice and also bigger than we expected. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay. They also allowed us to take our dog at the last minute as we were let down. It cos £20. It was close to where we were going to see the concert (a 4 minute walk)
The only problem was I paid trip in advance , and Roomzzz charged me again, which I had to ring and find out what was going on. They have said the money will be back in the account in a few days, so let's see
