The room on the fourth floor was very clean, and the service was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a 7-11 and a Lotus supermarket, and it also offers self-service laundry facilities. The only thing that truly needs improvement is the breakfast!

The hotel is conveniently located on the main road, directly in front of Chang Phueak Market. In the evenings, stepping out, you'll find an incredible array of food, including famous street stalls like Chang Phueak Suki and Bua Loi. The front desk staff were excellent, handling check-in quickly and efficiently. The room itself was well-appointed with essentials like a kettle, coffee, and a hairdryer. At a price point in the low hundreds (Baht), it offers exceptional value. This is definitely our preferred hotel every time we visit Chiang Mai.

The room door was quite old and difficult to open, though closing it was normal. Breakfast was included, offering great value for money. However, they insisted on a room check at checkout, which made the process quite inefficient. It's rare to find hotels that still perform room checks upon departure these days.

Not really close to anything, but bolt very cheap to river and markets, approx 70baht. 7 11 downstairs. Has fridge, TV good shower. Don't bother with breakfast. But for price, aud 30 per night was a good clean room for a couple of nights to explore.

Good value for money.

I stayed on the 4th floor. The room was clean, but the door seemed quite old/outdated. At night, the sound of neighboring rooms opening and closing their doors was very loud. Both the air conditioning unit and the mini-fridge were rather old and noisy, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are good. The food was delicious, with the exception of the salad, but that might just be a matter of personal taste.

The staff were absolutely lovely. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. A hairdryer was provided, which was a nice touch. It's also super conveniently located near a 7-Eleven. Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It looks like a domitory. Not many parking lots. Not many facilities, but it is located near 7-11, Lotus Express. Not far from the main city. Breakfast is just few types of Thai food and bread.

Peaceful and quiet, with a great atmosphere. The room was clean, and the staff were lovely. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.
