作為景邁山下的一家四鑽酒店，此次住宿體驗實在令人失望。首先，早餐質量與酒店定位嚴重不符，連基本的咖啡供應都沒有，拜託，這是雲南景邁山哎。
其次，酒店的服務管理存在嚴重問題。入住和退房時前台無人值守，房間位於台階上，未配備電梯，對攜帶大件行李旅客極不友好，工作人員搬運行李時不情不願。請問是什麼意思呢？
最令人不滿的是，退房前一晚我們預約了叫早服務和行李搬運，但工作人員卻睡過頭。打電話催促無人迴應（見截圖），我去敲門才等來態度冷淡的工作人員幫忙搬運行李。這種服務態度和專業度，與四鑽酒店的標準相去甚遠。
此外，房間設施也存在諸多問題：電動窗簾開關經常失靈；洗澡水壓不足。向酒店反映後，沒有得到任何迴應和解決。嚴重影響入住體驗。
春節期間，我們理解並接受合理的價格上浮，但承受溢價之餘，至少期待能獲得及格線以上的服務水平。作為"世界的景邁山"這一響亮slogan下的四鑽酒店，如此待客之道實在令人遺憾。
建議避雷。

太空艙式客房，來自香格里拉的前台小哥哥很熱情，辦理入住後把行李箱搬到二樓太空艙，第一次住太空艙，還是很不錯的體驗，單獨空間，有露台可以觀星，電動窗簾，投影，智能馬桶一應俱全，熱水洗澡兩人不夠用。可能是離附近吃飯的地方有點遠，入住當晚大家都在等菜上桌，我在餐廳足足等了兩小時才吃到飯。不過服務人員還是挺有耐心和禮貌的，衹是廚房備貨不足。

茶墅裏太棒了，環境不錯，適合喜歡清靜的朋友，沿路向小新寨方向走走本身就是在風景中，賞近山賞茶林。一個個獨立太空艙造型房間，造型獨特，又開放又可享受良好的私密空間。除夕入住，享受了酒店提供的免費迎新年晚宴（菜品很多）。需要提出感謝的是酒店的小美女小帥哥們服務特別熱情周到，特別是小玉姑娘，陪着我們享受了製茶體驗，享受了品茶時光，享受了山野水果，還詳細介紹了當地風情，指引我們去了一直想去咖啡莊園。收穫滿滿。
