GGuest UserAbsolutely loved this hotel! It's such an elegant and tranquil oasis, truly feels like a world away. On Chinese New Year's Day, the hotel even arranged a lively lion dance for Chinese guests, which was really festive and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast was great, with staff freshly pressing vegetable and fruit juices on the spot. We also got to enjoy a delicious New Year's feast. The bedding was excellent, and I had fantastic sleep all three nights. It was a truly wonderful vacation experience!

1. Very good first impression during check-in – staff are very cheerful, helpful and enthusiastic – a fantastic welcome to my stay!
2. Clean, spacious and most importantly, no insects or foul smell in the room. Good quality mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels - all new and are so comfortable! Housekeeper's response was prompt and everything worked well.
3. Within walking distance to: nearest 7-11 shop (about 7 minutes), Saturday night market (about 10 minutes), Clock tower (about 15 minutes)
4. Spotless and cosy restaurant. Breakfast spread is small but well-prepared with slight variation in the hot dishes daily (kudos to the chef!). Coffee is good!
Dislike:
1. Space in toilet is very tight in the superior room – suitable only for someone with small body frame
2. Pool does not seem to be cleaned daily as I saw dirt and dead insects floating in the water for 2 days’ straight (the bright lights around the pool attract a lot of flying insects on certain nights). Pool water is only waist-deep
3. The hotel is situated within an older residential area and the alleys are dead quiet after dark. My room on the 4th floor has views of roof tops of the surrounding nondescript buildings. Rooms on the opposite side probably have better views.
4. TV is not a smart TV. Mainly Thai programmes so nothing to watch if you do not understand Thai

Good location and helpful staff, but the single room needs significant improvements. The bed was extremely hard, and the room's only light source was an uncomfortably bright white LED. The biggest issue was the ventilation - either too noisy when on or poor air quality when off.
While the hostel has potential, I wouldn't book this particular room again until these issues are addressed. Consider other room options if staying here.

GGuest UserThis hotel is excellent and offers great value for a star-rated hotel. I was very satisfied with the environment, cleanliness, facilities, service, and location. It's very close to the bus station and the night market, and the breakfast is abundant. When visiting Chiang Rai, you really can't go wrong with this place. Nearby, there's a small restaurant with a pool table and two small tables pushed together; at first, I wasn't sure if it was even a restaurant. But when the food arrived, I was pleasantly surprised – it was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. Although I had to wait a bit, it was definitely worth it, and it was cheap too – three meals and two drinks for around 60 baht. You can also rent a car to visit the White Temple, Black Temple, Blue Temple, and the Long Neck Tribe all in one day.

PPloyycs🛖🌳 The atmosphere is friendly. Hidden in the community area of Chiang Rai. It's also secretly in the alley. if unintentionally It's definitely not a drive-thru. Once you enter, it will be like a big house. with ample space Divided into cafe, room and lawn 🌿🍃
The room we stayed in was Deluxe, priced at 2,000 baht, located on the 2nd floor. The room had complete facilities. Clothes rail a bit short because there is no wardrobe the bathroom is ok If there is a partition for the shower zone, it would be better. There is a small balcony. Can be made into a sofa to sit and lie down.

GGuest UserThe hotel is at the north of the city, in a quiet area, but still close to the city, so perfect for relaxation.
The pool is nice, while the gym looks very outdated.
Also some parts of the room and the facilities should undergo a refresh.
The breakfast was very limited, without even a coffee machine.

GGuest UserPros: Close to a community area, with restaurants, convenience stores, a market, and a beer garden all within walking distance. Easy to find, located on the main road.
Cons: The bed is extremely hard, even when I lay down on it, my knees hurt. Sleeping is painful. There are very few power outlets, only two of them are two-holes (not three-holes). There are cobwebs and spiders near the sink. The headboard has blackout curtains, no blackout curtains. It's bright at 6 a.m. The air conditioner compressor is loud and vibrates, requiring earplugs to sleep. Breakfast starts at 7 a.m. I saw a bag of sticky rice and grilled pork. I asked to take it, but the staff refused, saying I had to eat at the hotel. In short, I didn't get breakfast at the hotel because I had to leave in a hurry.

DDon林Like a little sparrow, the amenities are equipped. If one is doable with common bathrooms/toilets, this is excellent. The flooring is well varnished with good grade epoxy and feel good on the soles. Boom the inn-keeper is meticulous in cleanliness and helpful with guests' request. I recommend travellers that are not too picky.

Ppaulrob200If you are looking for a clean, budget option with minimal amenities in a great location then this hotel can be recommended. Very near to Clock Tower, Bazaar and Walking Street with plenty of restaurants and bars also nearby. Coffee shops a plenty too.

GGuest UserDull breakfast but sufficient. The hotel compound is big as it has a big carpark.Can see that the hotel aging and for those renovated rooms , is still quite decent.
