Just good for a one nighter. The shuttle service is good. You need to call the hotel upon landing and go to gate 6 terminal B arrivals. The shuttle will be a cab. The room was decently sized. I wish the hotel would at least offer complimentary water or a kettle despite being a budget hotel. Bed was comfortable with adequate cover. The floor did have some crumbs from maybe a previous guest. We requested extra pillows and the hotel obliged without a charge. Don’t think there is anything to eat around there but we arrived late. Front desk lady was professional and reasonably pleasant.

Overall we are very satisfied with the hotel; Friendly welcome, nice room and a good restaurant. However; When we asked about the airport shuttle upon arrival, we were only told that it would leave every hour starting at 6am.
No further information about registration or anything similar.
In the evening there was an announcement in the elevator that the airport shuttle was fully booked. Upon inquiry it turned out that this was indeed the case and we had to organize a taxi. This made our stay €42 more expensive.
And we chose this hotel because of the free transfer.

I got two separate emails stating the breakfast I paid for (two people) would be ready to take away at 6 am. This was also confirmed when I checked in. There was no breakfast. I don't see my refund yet.
I was told that there cannot be a shuttle at 6:30 am. Only 6 am. Then I am told the cab was ordered just for us. This means it could have easily been for 6:30 am as there were no others wanting a ride. Other hotels in the same price range or less have provided such services with no extra effort. I certainly learned a lesson.
The room itself was fine.
Let me know when the breakfast refund will be processed.

Amazing value. Free pick up and return. Notify on arrival at airport and only 20 min wait. Stress free. Hrly departures in morning.

NOT an airport hotel. You have to call them to get picked up, no shuttle until 6:00am either so if you have an early flight you will have to get a €40 cab.
The room was dirty; there was black hair in the bathroom and a used Q-tip in the trash can. The towels were paper thin. I had to go ask for an extra towel and the front desk guy said I only had one because it was a single room. No phone in room.

Very clean but 15-20 minutes driving away from the Airport! The Shuttle service is not available from 22:30-6:00 so calculate an extra 38 Euro for each transport to or from the Airport if you have to travel in these hours!

Good location for arrival or departure to FRA, with both free parking and airport shuttle. An appealing restaurant menu, but breakfast is not included. The property is older, but clean and seems recently decorated, and the rooms are good sized
