Perfect soft bed. Good walkin shower. Nice wardrobe. 4 skikeller for winter. There is also a sauna. The service was very good. Free wifi. Breakfast was amazing. Loads if choice. Different cheeses, ham, sausage etc only point was that they could have had two coffee maschines. 167€ for two adults + child for one night, good price. Bonus was that the lift card and one summer rodelbahn was for free. Try the Zipline -＞ very funny.

Thanks all team JUFA for the great communication throughout the stay. The hote is located in beautiful nature. Everything was perfect. We liked the food and many colleagues are also considering a private stay here with a family. Best regards Arranogroup

Great place with lots of facilities, also for children. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was cosy, clean and original! There are lots of nice walks nearby. Breakfast was included. All meals are buffet style. I would prefer a la carte, but I presume it would be too difficulties to do this for many people. Overall a very relaxing and pleasant experience

Great location of the hotel leading to different forest paths! Hotel itself is a good value for money, food is good, different areas for kids, board games etc. Only minus is that the lunch menu is very limited (pizas, wurst and pommes, baguette..). And the pillows are very uncomfortable. Everything else is great, we loved our stay and will come again!

+ clean + lovely nature + well equipped for children + tasty buffet dinner + small but cute room with well kept toys + large climbing and playing area - The hotel website states that they can be reached by public transport, through the next train station. It fails to mention that it is 6 km from the train station to the hotel. No (real) bus option, no pickup service, no taxis. In fact, cannot be reached by public transport and hotel staff were baffled that we would even want to try. - Hotel staff were very friendly but sadly not very helpful. For instance, we asked for rainy weather activities and were handed a list, 2/3 of which were options that were closed. - Breakfast was lovely, but I had hoped that there would be some fresh fruit. - There was a nice collection of board games and jigsaw puzzles for all ages, but many were missing parts and more than well loved.

Awesome place to stay with kids. Super friendly staff, proximity to ski slopes, playgrounds for kids, huge breakfast selection makes this place perfect. I would welcome dinner alla vařte as buffet dinner is a bit pricy when you only want some small snack

Great hotel with exceptional facilities. We stayed there for 1 night and the food was great, the room was brilliant, staff were friendly and the location is amazing. Would recommend. Seems expensive on the face of it but the quality, location and staff more than justify it.

Everything was great and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Although we had made a mistake by booking the wrong dates, we still got accommodated immediately and assisted in everything. Room was very comfortable and clean having all the needed amenities and also food was very good with a variety of choices. The only small downside was the parking place from which we had to walk quite a lot as the stairs connecting it with the hotel entrance were blocked. Otherwise I would definitely recommend it and also I would go back with my family.
