Truly the most disappointing hotel I have ever stayed in. When I checked in at 14 o'clock, I was told that there was no clean room. I understood that it was a holiday. I went to eat first. After an hour and a half, I came back to the front desk and said that it had not been cleaned yet. I had to wait for at least half an hour. This was intolerable, not to mention coming at 12 o'clock.
