This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in of the same level and price. My whole family is unhappy. When I booked the hotel, I saw that although it was renovated in 2014, I didn't expect the room facilities to be so old. The sense of age is reflected everywhere, and the deluxe twin room is very small. I stayed with a 9-month-old baby. The room temperature was high, close to 29°. The air conditioning cooling did not work. The child was irritable and difficult to coax to sleep. I called the front desk and was told that the hotel compressor was not turned on and the air conditioning did not work. I could only open the window. I called the aunt to open it. The aunt said that the window of our room was broken and could not be opened. She told us to sleep with the door open, and the corridor was cool. I said how can you sleep with the door open when staying in a hotel? It's so unsafe with a child. The aunt glanced at the child's diaper on the ground and said, you brought your pet here, are you afraid that the pet will run out when you open the door? I was speechless. After that, the aunt had no choice but to tell us to ask the front desk to change the room. Finally, I endured the heat and irritability and finally got the child to sleep. Looking at the child sleeping next to me with a red face and wet hair, I felt angry. We drove through Langfang by ourselves, and I guess it is impossible and we will not come again in the future.

I booked this hotel in Langfang for something. My husband and I felt itchy and uncomfortable on the night of check-in, but because the hotel room was very dry, we thought it was due to the weather and didn't take it seriously. The next day, red bumps started to appear on my body, accompanied by itching and pain, and then it became more and more serious, resulting in two nights of insomnia. Because I was going to Hainan the next day, I applied some Fule Cream for children, but there was no improvement. It was unbearable to go to the dermatology hospital for treatment. The result was papular urticaria, mainly caused by mosquito bites. Through the platform feedback, the hotel did not have a good attitude to deal with the problem, and said that I would get a discount or upgrade the room next time. First of all, Langfang was a temporary thing to go there, and I would not go to this city later. Secondly, even if I go again, it is impossible to choose this hotel due to the situation caused by this experience. I hope to avoid mines for everyone. My legs and lower back are already unbearable. I caught up with Hainan to play, and now I can't even wear shorts or go into the water. I really regret it. Don't book this hotel if there are other options. Especially with children.

The hotel has complete facilities and equipment. The front desk manager Duan provides good service. It is very convenient to travel around. I will choose to stay next time. The swimming pool is also very good and the environment is good. The facilities are relatively complete.
