This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely āMid Autumn Festivalā, āNational Dayā and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The āEatery Restaurantā, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the āTeamā, whom makes the establishment a success.
The āNewā pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge āunlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheratonā, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former āRegional Retail Managerā, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in āCustomer Relationship Managementā and āRetail Managementā, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True āManagersā, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with āSamuelā the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for āMarcusā the Restaurant Manager, whom is always āhands onā and working hard on the floor.
Such āleadershipā sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to āLydiaā the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, āMarcusā the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.

Thank you to āMollyā from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant.
It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the āManagement Teamā, whom deserve praise.
As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay.

Perhaps, āMarriottā should consider, having this Hotel's āsisterā Hotel, āThe Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about āHospitality and Serviceā, from this Hotel āFour Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfangā.
As in my opinion, the āThe Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Managementā is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The āAlpacasā are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, āForeign, and Domesticā.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.
