There is a shopping mall inside, and one-stop shopping is very convenient. Moreover, the staff were very enthusiastic when checking in, and even gave us good night milk as a gift. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient, and it is very convenient to go anywhere because the hotel is right in the city center. The room is very tidy, fully equipped, comfortable beds, and newly decorated. The price of the hotel is also very reasonable. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also very rich and diverse. There are freshly packaged and freshly cooked ravioli, which were frozen in other hotels before. The freshly made egg pancakes have a homely taste, and the meatloaf is also delicious. The most recommended thing is the whole grain juice in their hotel. It is nutritious, healthy and delicious. I really enjoyed my breakfast. Their takeout can also be delivered by a small robot, which is very novel and convenient. The hospital is also very close to the hotel, including many pharmacies nearby. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

The location of this hotel is very good. The facilities and rooms are good, and the hygiene is also very good. The service is terrible. When I entered the lobby and told the front desk that I was here to check in, the girl said that I could use the self-service machine. I said I didn't know how to do it, so she moved over to help me use the self-service machine. It turned out that she didn't understand how to do it herself, so she had no choice but to use the computer at the front desk to check me in. It's rare to see a hotel front desk that forces a 70-year-old man to use something that they haven't even learned, right?

Ok, the country's James Joyce has lived too much, Langfang is relatively not high cost performance, the training of the front desk little sister still needs to be strengthened, the single breakfast is 38, some high, plus the room rate is 300 yuan, not as good as the previous Hilton! There are a lot of food nearby, there is a casserole that is delicious, many stars have been there, you can try it!

The room is not big, but the layout is very good. The window is ventilated, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the two single beds are both 1.35 meters long, very comfortable, and the bedding is dry. The carpet is very clean, with almost no stains, and the carpet in the corridor is also clean. It can be seen that the cleaning staff must be very hard-working! Hot water comes as soon as it is turned on, which is very convenient! The parking lot is large, both above and below ground, free, and the location is very convenient!

Two rooms were booked in total. One of them was blocked when taking a shower in the middle of the night. The staff came up and found that the last resident had long hair blocked. Then it was passed. But it affects sleep. There is also an itinerary on the second day. There was no indication at the front desk when I checked out on the second day. I also said that the staff was blocked and they would take a look. No phone calls back afterwards. But all else is full marks.

Recently, I went to the Dream of Red Mansions Drama Fantasy City for fun. As usual, I stayed at Wanyuehui Hotel. Overall, the hotel level is good. ① Bedding and supplies: As always, I personally like Wanyuehui's bedding and washing brands very much, but the pillow support of this store is a bit poor. It may be too long. It is not convenient for friends who like to sleep with high pillows. You can ask for more pillows. ② Hygiene: The overall hygiene of the executive suite of the hotel is acceptable. ③ Service level: The attitude of the hotel staff is very good. I like it here. The problems encountered during the stay have been effectively solved. The attitude is really sincere. The service details need to be optimized, such as the night bed service and welcome fruit, etc. need to improve the standards. ④ Member experience: It is quite satisfactory. The lounge is not open and replaced by the set meal of the hotel's Chinese restaurant (the taste is acceptable). The hotel breakfast category and taste standard level are good. The attention and rights implementation of Wanyuehui members are not bad. ⑤ Location: Next to Langfang Wanda Plaza, in the city center, it is very convenient to travel. ⑥ Special praise! I would like to praise the manager on duty on the night of check-in (I forgot to ask his name). I was not feeling well and needed ibuprofen urgently at 3 a.m., but the hotel medicine box was not prepared. The manager on duty offered to help me buy it at the pharmacy outside! I like the service awareness, but I don’t want to be troubled, hahaha, so I ordered takeout by myself in the end. I only stayed for one night, and the overall experience was not bad. I also talked a lot with the manager on duty before checking out. I can feel the intention to improve the problem from the attitude of the staff. In general, as a hotel in 2014, as long as it is repaired regularly, the hardware is not a problem. For Jiahua, the reason for choosing this hotel is more about hygiene and service. If you come to Langfang for business or travel, I still recommend it.

The room was clean and tidy and the bedding was comfortable. The air conditioning and heating are acceptable, but the setting temperature is not reached. Maybe because there are few people during the Spring Festival, the body soap has not been replaced in time.

Are they affordable, or just plain cheap skates? ”The least you expect, the more satisfied you will be”. Where do I start... A four letter word starting with S and ending with T, comes to mind, when thinking about rating this hotel, in terms of service received. Front of house (seven or more staff), including the duty manager, were ”hanging around” the back of the counter, upon our arrival. A toothbrush, and a comb, that's it, that's what you can expect to find during your stay. Too much effort for them to even supply something as basic, as a shower cap. It's mid March, and can you guess, what music is playing in the background? Christmas music, clearly, there is no supervision and oversight from regional management, or just a lack of common sense. The rooms are dark, and have a dodging feel to them. In the dining area, where breakfast is served, you will find that the descriptions of the dishes on display, are solely in Chinese. No English whatsoever, yet, ”they” want to ”run” an Internationl / English brand. This branch, is in my opinion not worthy to represent an international brand. Perhaps, retraining or change of management, would be an option. Until then, this establishment will never see us again, nor will we recommend them.

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

When I came to Langfang, I chose to stay at the Hilton Hampton in the city center. It was a great experience. The only place here is Dream of Red Mansions, which is not far away. My husband plays golf at Alifengshe, which is not far away, so I chose this place. The buffet breakfast has a rich variety. I also went to the elliptical machine in the gym to exercise for a while. I brought 2 bottles of mineral water in the room, and the robot delivered 3 more bottles. It was a great experience. The check-out time of 12 o'clock was also extended to 14 o'clock. Thank you Cindy at the front desk for giving me a small pendant gift when I checked out. I will stay at the Hilton Hampton again next time I come to Langfang.
