Ambong Pool Villas

A stunning location, nestled in a pristine rainforest. The rooms were comfortable, each featuring a spacious private infinity pool with ocean views. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets daily and loved having breakfast in our room's private garden. The service was superb, the restaurant served delicious food, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. We even saw monkeys!

The entire staff is incredibly professional, especially Ms. Azza.

The hotel is beautiful and its services are great. The team was very excellent. There are insects in the place, which is normal because you are in the middle of nature.

The villa is comfortable and private. It's clean and cozy. The room is well-appointed. However, there are some downsides: we couldn't see the sunset from our villa, as the climb was very steep. There are no sun loungers or umbrellas on the beach near the hotel. Breakfast takes a very long time to be served. The staff is friendly and helpful.

For this price, you could pay a little more to book a stay at the Datai or another five-star hotel. It's a guesthouse, and with five-star prices and guesthouse service, it's not worth booking just for the private pool. The pool was cold and dark, so I hardly used it. I don't know why this place is so popular. The prices are so high, but the service doesn't even match the quality of a hotel. It was nice to see some monkeys.
