Overall, pretty good. The hotel's exterior is appealing, and with a limited number of rooms, it's relatively quiet. However, I'd recommend checking multiple platforms before booking. I paid over 670 (RMB) for my stay, only to find out later that it was cheaper on other sites 😅. It feels like Trip.com often charges more than others for everything.

Everythings nice and good service (every night provide the chocolate to us) last day when I back 5.30pm they also let me put the luggage at lobby they can help to takecare! Very appreciated!

We' re welcome by greeting,smooth checkin. The room kinda minimalist and clean. Spacious and got all the necessity we need. Strategic location, near night market, beach and other food stall & restaurant. Near the underwater world suitable for ur kids.

This was such a cute stay. My friend and I came for one night. The staff were wonderful. We arrived very early at 9am after a flight and luckily, we were able to check-in there and then. The beds are really comfy & we had a small balcony view too. Ammenities such as a kettle, fridge, tooth brush, toothpaste, shower cap, razors etc were provided. In the evening, house keeping knock on your door and give you a ‘good night’ card with some chocolates. They also noticed that it was my birthday and brought a small piece of cake for us to share. Close to the beach & other shops/massage places etc! Really lovely stay, thank you Arch! ❤️

Front desk Cik Sal very friendly, we had a smooth check in. Location right in the centre of Cenang, with lots of shops around, walking distance to the beach, opposite the aquarium.

Make sure to include kids in the bookings to avoid extra charge at rm70 per day per kids. The foodtruck is open every night just next to the hotel is a great advantage and the only downside is the parking is limited and not maintain.
