It's a rather old-fashioned guesthouse. Its advantage is the low price, but a RM10 tax is charged per room on-site. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The room facilities are quite old; the toilet requires manual flushing, which is inconvenient, and the bathroom is small, making showering less convenient.
