You get what you pay for. No price hike during Chinese New Year, which is great. It's conveniently located, making it easy to get around. The wooden cabin was quite charming, though a bit old. You'll need to bring your own toiletries and slippers. They do clean the room daily. The soundproofing isn't great, but everything else is acceptable!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The WiFi doesn't work. The hotel is neglected and dirty. The AC was dripping water on the bed. The room had a bad mouldy smell. Staff at the reception were rude. Never again.

It was a wonderful stay at Langgura Baron. Location was 10/10 right in front of the beach with all necessary shop and restaurants nearby.

The location is located near the Chenang Beach. Room is ok but the pressure water is low when check in. Lot of food stall around. Staff is very helpful .For Family got small pool . During our stay, the air-conditioner in our room was leaking badly. Water dripped onto the carpet and even splashed onto the bed, causing a portion of the bed to become wet. Because of this, one of us had to sleep on the sofa instead of the bed

Overall it's indeed value for money stay, booked the chalet type room that fits 4pax(2Queen size bed), amenities in the room so-so, nothing much to shout about, hot water for shower works well, TV channels very limited, ample complimentary parkings for hotel guest, superb location as it is strategically located next to Chenang Mall and opposite the road is just Chenang Beach👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Stay away from this hotel! Extremely rude check in lady. No help with luggage or anything after showing to room. Room was filthy did not even vacume or give us clean sheets as dead fly was on it. Building very old, dirty seems unsafe. Walls let in noise from next rooms. Construction site next to hotel and very busy / noisy. The whole area was run down.

I stayed at Langgura Baron Resort and honestly it was okay for the price. The best thing is definitely the location betul-betul dekat Pantai Cenang, just cross the road and you’re at the beach. Senang nak cari food, shops, and everything is nearby. The room was simple and spacious enough, nothing fancy but comfortable for a short stay. Some parts of the room and bathroom are a bit old, so don’t expect it to look modern. But for a budget hotel, it’s still acceptable. There can be some noise at night since the area is quite lively, but that’s normal for Cenang. Overall, it’s a good choice if you just want a basic, affordable place right in the middle of everything. I’d say it’s worth it for the location alone.

This was my 2nd time saying here. The best part of this hotel is the location where its really next Dataran Chenang (just cross the road), and many restaurant around. Chenang Mall is just next to the hotel only. The room might not so luxury, but the basics are perfect. Clean blanket, good matttress are enough compare to the price. Can stayy here again! And tq for the management for upgrading me to Suite. Nice room!

Super single bed. Good water pressure. Quite run down but worth to price. Strategically located at Dataran Chenang. Ample parking area at the back for guest

we stayed in the family room for 2 nights. price is very affordable. hotel is nearby cenang beach and next to cenang mall. a lot of beach activites available like jetski tour, island hopping, fireshow at night and a lot of restaurants nearby. the road is a bit crowded at night but its fine with us.

Absolutely disgusting!!! We booked a Deluxe room, upon arrival there were dead small insects in the fridge, hair on the floor, stained bathtub and sink, dirty marks on the bedding… I complained at reception and then they downgraded us but to a room that at least didn’t have dead insects. The hair, grubby marks and filthy floor were still all apparent, however. Oh, but we didn’t get the bathtub on our downgrade (with no refund or money back, just to add). I woke up after 1 night with a sore throat and a nasty cough, a not-so-nice welcome gift that is ruining the rest of my trip around Malaysia. Also, after walking barefoot in the room and then stepping on a towel, there were thick black grime marks. I asked housekeeping really nicely if they could please clean the floor - they said yes no problem - and not only did they not clean the floor, they took our towels without replacements, and didn’t replace the other consumables! Another trip to reception just to get clean towels… which, to no surprise, weren’t even clean 🤦🏽♂️ I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really hope that this can help at least one person not ruin their holiday, as Langkawi itself is beautiful, but staying in this hotel really ruined our shirt trip away in Langkawi. I would strongly advise anyone whose values health and hygiene to STAY AWAY!!
