An impressive hotel where everything was perfect 😍. What left a lasting impression wasn't just the beautiful scenery, like the ocean views, watching monkeys, and witnessing sunrises and sunsets, but also the staff's smiles and perfectly balanced, warm service. The complimentary mini-bar in the room was incredibly well-stocked, and the quality of the items and every little detail were meticulously chosen. Dining at Haiyan restaurant and Beach Grill, we enjoyed not only delicious food but also the stunning sunset and ocean views. We'll definitely bring more family members back next time!

Exceeded expectations! I got to see adorable dusky leaf monkeys just chilling, and families of long-tailed macaques even came to visit our balcony. Beautiful, unknown large birds stretched lazily in the massive tree canopy. The hotel is hidden within a huge tropical rainforest, just like other luxury Southeast Asian hotels—quiet and secluded. The beach was practically deserted, and we had the stunning infinity pool all to ourselves. The room, breakfast, and service were all top-notch. The shuttle service was the fastest I've experienced at any hotel. The only slight disappointment was that the sea color here was quite ordinary, though it was very clean. If I had more time, I'd love to stay a few more days.

Facilities: The room was great. Even though I booked a package through Trip.com, they still gave me a small sea-view room. This might be due to it being the off-season, but during the off-season, many facilities, including the famous swimming pool, were undergoing maintenance. As an alternative, two villa pools were opened for guests. Service: The overall service was very good, and taxis arrived quickly. However, I still felt a slight discrimination against Asians. I booked the beachfront restaurant a day in advance through the hotel and requested a good table, but even though we were the first to arrive, they almost seated us in a corner. One of the highlights of our trip was the spa – simply outstanding. The setting, service, and overall experience left us completely relaxed and rejuvenated. This is a truly secluded hotel. I was drawn by the photos of the birdcage, which turned out to be a massage area, and I had a wonderful spa session there. There are many monkeys at the hotel; I left some fruit on the balcony, which attracted a group of them to play and wrestle. Their infinity pool is stunning and cleaned twice daily, though sometimes the Indonesian staff can be a little careless, missing monkey droppings. Another downside is the lack of Chinese-speaking staff. Unfortunately, the Haiyan breakfast area seemed to be under renovation, so I wasn't able to try it, which was a pity!
