Facilities: Aside from the poolside area near the sea, we didn't use any other facilities like the billiards table. There really didn't seem to be much else.
Room facilities are old and haven't been updated much since we first started promoting this hotel years ago. The air conditioning was so loud it was impossible to sleep. A technician came to fix it the next day and practically had to dismantle the entire unit. Luckily, the noise level was significantly reduced, enough for us to finally get some sleep – kudos to the technician! The bathroom's hot water system has a switch control, but there should at least be clear instructions! Also, their pillows are truly awful; they feel like they're filled with clumps of cotton.
Cleanliness: Overall, I can't say much good. We came fully prepared with our own disposable items: a complete set of bed linen, disposable towels, toilet seat covers, etc. It's no exaggeration, the sheets and duvet covers had stains that looked old, and the pillowcases were dingy. Both the hand towels and bath towels were greyish. The bathroom floor mat was literally black with grime. Ha ha, I hope the hotel's investors and owner can spend a little money to improve these hygiene conditions! Also, there's no problem with having plastic flowers in the room, but they should be cleaned regularly! Otherwise, the dust accumulation is horrifying.
Environment: The overall exterior, lobby, and pool are all good, and the hotel should make good use of them. There's also a duty-free shop diagonally opposite and several restaurants.
Service: It's a mixed bag, passable. They insist you check in after 3 PM, even though there were clearly empty rooms, making us wait two hours for our room. Then, at 3 PM, because of a couple of last-minute guests, the staff spent half an hour with them, completely ignoring us, who had a reservation. Ha ha. Fortunately, the female front desk staff called over another young man to help us check in. The AC repair technician, on the other hand, was very dedicated. Another chubby young man at the front desk was also good.
Suggestions: The hotel has a good location and good potential. With proper renovations and improvements to service and hygiene, it would attract more business; otherwise...
