"We had a very disappointing and stressful experience and would not recommend this hotel, particularly for families traveling with children. Prior to our arrival, we had specifically requested interconnected rooms due to traveling with our three children. However, upon arrival, we were informed—at the last minute, on the same day—that this request could not be accommodated. This left us in a very difficult position, as we had traveled from London and were unable to find alternative accommodation at such short notice. We raised our concerns both at reception and with the central customer service team, but unfortunately, no satisfactory assistance or resolution was provided. Overall, the lack of communication, poor handling of our request, and absence of support made this an extremely frustrating experience."
