整體印象：客棧在古城核心區，是兩層庭院式建築，整體風格古色古香。老闆和老闆娘很和藹，很熱心，兩人很有默契度。
客棧環境：客棧離明代建築華光樓和華光碼頭衹有100多米，出行非常方便，到古城景點都不怎麼遠。一樓房間外有小庭院，春秋季可以曬太陽、喝蓋碗茶。二樓是閣樓式，窗外是很有川渝特色的青瓦，能望見附近的明代建築華光樓。
房間情況：起先訂的樓上閣樓家庭房，房間温馨、乾淨，感覺很多設施都是新的，被套床褥都很乾凈，老闆還貼心的準備有一次性馬桶墊。後來想在古城再住一晚，續訂時，因為住的閣樓房已在網上被預訂了，老闆娘很貼心的為我們換到了一樓大床房，雖然我們是三人，加了個小床，但一點都不妨礙房間的温馨舒適。
早餐味道：兩天的早餐是川渝典型的稀飯饅頭+時令涼蔬菜+煮雞蛋+鹹菜。兩天的稀飯是黑米粥和小米粥。種類選擇還是比較多。味道也好。吃得很舒心。

很遺憾，體驗最差的千元級客棧！
1.美其名曰家庭套房其實小的可憐，就是普通單間改的兩張大床房，插板取電在床中間枕頭上，房間小洗手枱小廁所更小，想給孩子洗澡都沒辦法轉身，大人洗澡也很牽強！水壓低水量小，不指望有浴缸但起碼淋浴要夠用吧
2.客棧衞生確實超過想象的差，小蚊蟲到處飛，在房間咬5-6個包，不敢開燈，否則馬上蚊蟲聚攏燈下。深更半夜去買花露水，床單有補丁和洞也就算了，被子有沒洗乾淨的血漬很噁心。給老闆説了但結果沒人管。
3.客棧自己架設的樓梯又窄又陡，行李多的話沒法弄，如果有長者孩子更不方便也不安全。
4.沒有停車位，客棧建議停在路邊，最後花了45分鐘找很遠的位置停了。
5.讓我比較意外的，這麼貴的客棧竟然連瓶礦泉水都沒有，訂房時説有歡迎水果也沒看到。早餐就不説了吧，小菜稀飯雞蛋將就吧
6.實話説客棧位置可以，就在華光樓附近鬧中取靜，客棧的小院落也很雅緻，附近逛街和吃東西都方便。不過，如果服務和衞生跟不上再好的位置也沒有意義。

設施：客棧雖小但功能齊全。有餐廳，有洗腳房，有會議室，有茶館。
服務：客棧提供免費早餐，餐品豐富，食材新鮮。客棧24小時熱情服務，不怕打攪。
環境：客棧在閬中古城中央。緊靠着古城的著名高樓華光樓。位於大街的路口識別方便。去到各景點都比較近。去到河邊的碼頭也非常近。
衞生：客棧的衞生條件符合客棧定位。衞生間裝修實用且有情趣。
