I loved staying here and wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel is very nicely designed, has all the modern comforts, yet gives you the feeling of staying in a historic courtyard house. There are many spaces to explore, the house has a lot of history and the hotel feels very peaceful and relaxing. Staff is incredibly friendly, spoke well English and offered easy communication via WeChat as well. It was very easy to stay here as a foreigner. They have a good system to carry your luggage in a small cart through the old town (as cars are not allowed), so there is no need to worry about that. They also offered a free train station drop-off. Breakfast was delicious and Langzhong is very much worth visiting, a beautiful lively old town during the day and at night when old lanterns illuminate the town. Would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel was built by the descendants of the Kong family in the Ming Dynasty. It is located in an alley in the ancient town. The environment is very good and very quiet. They also have cats and dogs, and they interact with guests lovingly. The butler service is meticulous and considerate, and their work attitude adds a lot of warmth to the hotel. The breakfast is rich and nutritious, welcome fruit is given every day, and souvenirs are given when checking out. Worth another visit!

The parent-child room has a loft upstairs with two large beds on the upper and lower floors, two bathrooms, no cabinets or TVs, and no one uses it! The room is clean and well designed.
Some of the other rooms have small courtyards separated by fences, and the owner has carefully arranged green plants, tables and chairs. The hotel is big with many places to hang out. The crabapples are in full bloom. It is so comfortable to look at the flowers through the long glass windows in the lobby and drink tea!
