Sitong Shangyuan Hotel ★★★

Crystal Orange Hotel Kaifeng Lankao Cadre Institute ★★★★
"The space is very large, there is a private room in the lobby for rest, but for those who have just arrived at the hotel and carry large and small bags of luggage, it is a surprise, the health is relatively clean, the front desk lady is very warm reception, and there is a lovely service machine in time delivery service, very good"

Jun Tang Meisu Hotel ★★
"The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the reception service was satisfactory. I recommend staying here; I'll definitely come back on my next business trip."
Lankao Zhongzhou Huayue Hotel ★★★★★
"The hotel was clean and tidy, with no foreign objects in the rooms. However, due to the hotel's recent opening, there was a slight odor in the rooms, but the hotel provided a Xiaomi air purifier, which significantly reduced the smell, and my child showed no allergic reactions. Regarding facilities, the hotel has no underground parking; there are about twenty parking spaces in front of the lobby. When these spaces are full, staff will advise guests to park on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, which is somewhat unacceptable. In terms of service, the hotel provides standard services for its star rating, but I personally suggest that the hotel improve its service awareness at the managerial level and its handling of customer feedback. The issue stemmed from a parking problem the previous day. I contacted the front desk that day but received no response. This morning, after the check-out staff inquired about my stay three times, they finally told me about the unpleasant experience last night, promising to get back to me today, but ultimately, no reply came. This apparent enthusiasm and attentiveness contrasted sharply with the reality."
Lankao Fucheng Jianguo Hotel ★★★★
"I stayed at this hotel and found the room to be clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding. The front desk staff were warm and efficient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location is convenient with plenty of amenities nearby. Overall, it was an excellent experience with great value for money. I recommend it to both business and leisure travelers and would definitely stay again."

Tonghuali Hotel
"The room is not as clean as in previous years. The bedding is not cleaned and is not visible. The pillow has a stinky smell. The parking lot is too lazy to clean the snow in front of the door. You have to be careful with every step for fear of slipping. When the snow melts, the shoes will be splashed with mud and water. I will not consider staying here next time."
