It startled them so much they jumped up with a scream!!! The child had never seen one before and swatted it hard, making the room extremely smelly!!! It was already 1:39 AM. The child was frightened but wanted to sleep, so I dealt with it myself without contacting the front desk, just trying to calm them down. The next morning, I told the front desk and got two bottles of water, saying I'd get an internal discount next time. Next time?? What about this time?? Because I was just passing through and in a hurry to leave, I didn't say anything at the time, but now I'm really angry!!!"

On the sixth day of the ***** New Year, my family and I checked in, only to find a huge crane loading semi-trailer trucks (around a dozen or two dozen of them) right outside the hotel entrance. This went on from 10 PM until 5 AM, making it impossible to get any rest. I contacted the front desk countless times, and each time they said, 'It won't last all night, it'll stop soon.' This is the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel where I couldn't sleep because of the noise all night. I even ended up calling the police. How does this hotel have such a high rating? Are they all fake reviews?"
