Candlewood Suites EAST LANSING by IHG
"The room was okay, but the bed was a bit small; it was a little cramped for two people. They said they'd clean once a week, but no one cleaned it until I checked out; I had to clean it myself."
DoubleTree by Hilton Lansing
"Overall very good"
Hyatt House Lansing / University Area
"The price was reasonable for a consecutive stay, and the hotel upgraded me to a spacious and comfortable suite, which included breakfast – quite good. It would be more expensive during peak season."
Quality Inn University Lansing
"I like the environment here. I do know there’s a good college around here."
Marriott East Lansing at University Place
"It's close to the destination. It's not bad to stay here every time I go on a business trip."
Causeway Bay Hotel
Red Roof Inn Lansing East - MSU
"*Full Disclosure* we never made it there, but we couldn't write a review without checking those off. However something weird was going on. We submitted for a cancellation the day off as we were stuck in Canada. We sent in an appeal to cancel in hopes to get some money back. Trip.com called us and said the hotel won't consider it as we apparently already "checked in" which was physically impossible. I called them myself and told them I'm not there and noone else knows about the reservation, so it's impossible. The lady said there's nothing she can do, and that I'd have to call back the next day and speak to the manager. The only other people who had my booking information, and knew we were requesting to cancel and would not be there, was the hotel. Whoever checked in would have needed that information. As well they would have been unable to provide identification unless they coincidentally had the same name as me. You'd think if you told a hotel someone potentially checked in with false ID they'd be concerned, and not say "call back after they've already stayed a night". Draw your own concusions from what kind of establishment this is."
Courtyard Lansing Downtown
"very nice"
AC Hotel Lansing University Area
"The rooms are relatively new."
