Rooms are spacious and clean but lack any character, also pretty noisy being on a main road. Breakfast not included which added to the room rate making it a rather expensive stay . Definitely not a place that will remain in memory.

Stopped here last night to find a most Amazing experience inside this historical building, renovated with all the modern conveniences, family run and incredibly charming. We were early for dinner, but we were served a most refreshing bottle of wine from Toulon region, as we sat under a beautiful tree in the courtyard. Our dinner was superb from beginning to end. The dishes, artistically done, a true gourmand experience! Impeccable service! Thank you to the whole staff, and to the magnificent chef! We shall return!

We stayed here for one night and opted for a ‘luxury double’ in order to get a slightly larger bed. Standard room was £85 luxury room £155 through booking agent. With such a price difference we had a certain amount of expectation after all £155 (€175) is not cheap for a one night stay. The whole experience was a little strange - no one on reception on arrival although someone ( manager I think) on phone in back office who was aware we were there yet continued on the phone for a good 4-5 minutes - great start!! I’ve worked in customer service all my life including hotel reception and the golden rule is acknowledge people on their arrival !! Obviously same rules don’t apply here. The room was far from luxurious - decent sized bed which you could just about walk around, decent bathroom and the tiniest balcony in the world. The most strange element to me was the lack of facilities - there was a coffee maker yet no cups or spoons !! Why provide a coffee maker without the tools to utilise. Towels in bathroom but no bath towels small towels only. For the price we paid for just a room (no breakfast included) we felt totally ripped off. On a positive note bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.

Nous avons adoré ce séjour au Relai de Farrou. (résa.via wonderbox pour notre WE moto en amoureux) Chambre confortable. Gérants et personnels agréables, et mention particulière à “l’équipe des cuisines” pour le repas extraordinaire! Un moment inoubliable .

Excellent accueil par les patrons et en plus, les chambres étaient disponibles avant l'heure prévue. Chambres modernes et très confortables, avec wc séparé, salle de bain sans porte, c'est original (nos ados ont moins apprécié pour leur intimité). Nous avons très bien dormi avec cette literie et les draps en polycoton. Côté équipement, il y en a pour tous les goûts avec piscine (robot de nettoyage présent pas très pratique), ping pong, tennis, mini golf, pétanque et de quoi se reposer dans le solarium ou sur les bancs à l'ombre des arbres du parc. Parking privé et gratuit. Le restaurant est également excellent. Copieux, fin et très bien présenté de l'amuse bouche aux desserts. Le patron est régulièrement venu voir si tout se passait bien pour notre tablée de 10. Félicitations à l'équipe en cuisine. Serveuses très souriantes et très jeunes (leur expliquer qu'on sert en 1er les femmes en commençant par la plus âgée dans un restaurant de standing pour qu'elles apprennent) Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

Le retour fut dur après deux semaines passées au Relais de Farrou tant la qualité des prestations étaient élevées. Charme de l'hotel, des propriétaires et des équipes soucieuses de votre bien-être font passer le temps trop vite. Chambre d'une propreté impeccable (sur 15 jours) , des équipes toujours souriantes et disponibles, un parc à l'abri de perturbation extérieure. De plus, un hôtel qui possède un restaurant digne de ce nom ou le chef et son équipe nous ont régalé avec des produits frais, locaux et travaillés avec soin et dans le respect du produit. Une carte de qualité de l'entrée au dessert et une cave bien fournie. Merci encore à toute l'équipe

L’accueil est moyen pour l’arrivée comme pour le départ avec le patron qui nous fait attendre sans même un regard ni un mot sympa. La chambre chère niveau qualité prix 145 € vue la déco et la taille et la mini terrasse avec vue sur le toit. Par contre la climatisation est très bien. Les draps sont un peu bizarres pas lisses : il faut s’habituer. Quant au petit déjeuner la qualité du produit y est mais pas de charcuterie hormis quelques rondelles de saucissons et quelques fromages donnant vraiment l’impression d’être des restes peu appétissants. De bonnes viennoiseries 2 confitures maison : la prune est excellente. Le gâteau local en petite tranches est très bon mais chiche. Globalement petit déjeuner moyen. Le cadre est bien mais la qualité de l’accueil et l’attention qu’on attend dans ce type d’établissement est très banal et ne sont pas à la hauteur. Nous n’avons pas pu dîner car jour de fermeture du restaurant : on nous indique vaguement 2 brasseries d’un air désabusé ! Nous avons eu auparavant plusieurs expériences au restaurant qui étaient bonnes. Ce n’est pas notre premier séjour car malheureusement c’est la seule offre dans cette catégorie.
