Plus Fariones Apartamentos

Beautiful trip, amazing staff, wonderful breakfast and great facilities. The only thing I would note is our room had no air-conditioning, which in December ( the month we are here ) is perfectly fine. The summer months would be very uncomfortable without air-con. Other than that lovely lovely place. Close to everything and great gym around the corner. I would highly recommend.

Fabulous fabulous fabulous apartments. Every single thing about this place is exceptional. The staff are all great. The place is the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The cleaners work so hard. The reception staff are all wonderful, knowledgeable and caring. Had a very slight problem but was dealt with in less than 10 minutes. Absolutely no complaints . Perfect position, near everything you could possibly want.

I had a mixed experience at Plus Fariones which was a bit disappointing after paying over £1k for a six-night stay -- I was perhaps expecting something a bit more special, especially with all the rave reviews I saw on Tripadvisor. I'll start with the positives: -Really nice roof terrace in the pool area -Generally a good breakfast, though a few more gluten and dairy free options would have been appreciated -Generally good staff, friendly and helpful, cleaners were good, breakfast staff friendly, etc. -Location - old town is accessible, beach close by, etc. Negatives: -Decor extremely tired, shabby/dated - we had a chipped toilet seat, marks on paintwork, etc. Not the end of the world but makes the holiday feel less special -WiFi not working in the rooms for two days of my stay -Sunbeds reserved from early in the morning - staff did try to tackle it but I think they need to be stricter on it -Travel cot we were given (as requested on booking) was not very nice, didn't feel very clean, we ended up just sleeping with the baby in our bed The general look of the hotel is really nice and the pool area looks great but it's the individual rooms that feel very 'two star' to me, not any higher. The standard of the rooms made me feel a bit ripped off and like I was staying in a disappointing AirBnB rather than a well-reviewed 3 star hotel.

Gorgeous hotel, fantastic location. This hotel is situated between the old and the new town, great location for everyone. Plenty of choices for food and drinks for all age types. The hotel, gorgeous hotel, right on the beach. Rooms are spaceous with great views. Beds are very conformable, with a good strong shower. Pools are nice with plenty loungers all around. Now the not so good parts : Hotel staff at breakfast can be quite rude, not helpful at all.Not all staff but there are a few. Clennliness, a bit of a hit and miss depending on what staff are on. Rooms are cleaned however our bins were missed on one of the days. The pool area doesnt get much of a cleaning, they do spray with a hose but do not Clean by moving the loungers so a coffee stain was there for 3-4 days.Shame really as let's the stay down slightly. Over all though nice comfortable stay and we booked again. Hopefully they can sort out the small attention to details as this would make an amazing hotel to stay in and closer to the 4 star that it currently should be....

A very pleasant environment with excellent, helpful staff and comfortable apartments. Minor elements of tlc required in the rooms but certainly nothing to spoil our enjoyment. We would highly recommend these apartments to anyone wanting a comfortable, relaxed stay in the centre of the town. The rooms are apartment style with a good size lounge, comfortable large bedroom, good bathroom with nice hot showers and a small kitchen area with a full size fridge and small freezer to meet most needs. There aren't many utensils, cups, plates etc but we were only two people so plenty enough for us. The furniture was comfortable too and, on the odd occasion that we used it, the TV was fine. Good WiFi in the main room but poor signal outside - but if you are outside, why would you need WiFi? There was ample storage space in the bedroom and lounge. Breakfast was good and plentiful if a little crowded at times, mainly because the weather wasn't great for a couple of days. We are early starters and always found a table and plenty of hot food. We were on a half board package so took our dinners at the sister hotel, Plus Fariones Suites, just around the corner. This is a 4* hotel and the dinners matched that - I would recommend that option. On our first evening eating a delicious dinner whilst watching dolphins "porpoising" in the seas was delightful and seemingly not common - we were lucky! The hotel is well positioned in the centre of the town yet was very quiet in the evenings - a good point for us. A large Mercadona just around the corner together with a host of smaller supermarkets, restaurants etc close by all added to the convenience. I hired a car for a few days and parking close by is very tricky but not impossible. There are bus stops just around the corner for getting to other resorts so, again, the position is very convenient. All of the staff were excellent and it would be unfair on the rest to pick anyone out for special praise. We would definitely be more than happy to return here once more if staying in Puerto del Carmen.

Nice product with a good design and general Comfortable atmosphere . Maybe bit outdated but with little things could look more modern such as removing the plastic curtains from the bathtub . Staff very pleasent and rooms well Cleaned and all working .

Lovely complex , perfect location , staff were all without exception the nicest people , hard workers each and every one of them , pool and bar area very nice , apartment itself was a little dated but wouldn't stop us from staying again in the future

Just back today from our stay at fariones apartments. We stayed here on the basis of reading the great reviews here. Let me tell you, it’s nothing to rave about. As a couple of 35 &40, we felt like we were staying in an old folks home! The breakfast is nothing to talk about, very slow to refil emptied dishes. I didn’t have breakfast there for the last 2 days of my stay! It was my husband’s birthday the day we had arrived and I had emailed the staff and asked them would it be possible to have a little something in the room, they emailed me back to say no problem but nothing was put into the room. The rooms even tho they are spotlessly clean they are extremely dated! The pool has very few sun beds and are all full with towels at 8am! The reception staff on the other hand were really nice! One of them recommended a restaurant across the road and it was delicious! Fair to say I love leaving a nice review for a hotel or restaurant but unfortunately I won’t be returning to fariones apartments! If you’re 50 or older then maybe you won’t get the really funny stares that we got from others staying there (because we were a lot younger!!!)

I Came with a group of tennis friends to play tennis at the fariones leisure complex over the road. The accommodation here is very clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet is small but has everything you need.
