In the old community, the house has old facilities, with elevators and charges for parking. The house looks clean, but the toilet has no windows and smells. The tanks for bathing, shampoo and hand soap are all empty, refrigerators and washing machines are available, and only air conditioners are available. There is in the living room.

They are all very good, the only downside is that the whole house has only one on-hook air conditioner, two rooms have no air conditioner, the day of check-in is super hot, the air conditioner is useless! If the weather is not hot, it is highly recommended. If it's hot, forget it.

The location is good and suitable for free travel. It is very close to Zhongshan Bridge. The house has a bedroom with a window facing the kitchen. The master bedroom is very nice and has a large balcony for drying.

When I checked in, the security guard at the door interrogated and communicated for a long time before letting the car in. After stopping for two days, the attitude was very bad when I came out, and I charged 40 parking fees. The room hygiene is not very good, the coffee tables are sticky, the floor is not clean, and the balcony floor is a layer of dust. If it’s the cleanliness of the cleaning and tidying, I think you can consider replacing it. . . The location is very good, close to Zhongshan Bridge, and convenient for eating and shopping around. The kitchen ran out of electricity during the stay, and the gas water heater could not be used. The landlord’s eldest sister was very enthusiastic and found a maintenance worker to fix it quickly.

The room is clean, the location is very good, close to the subway station, a few steps away from popular attractions, the host is hospitable, and the recommended food is also great 👍🏻

整體還行，就是廁所水池下水不暢，電視無法觀看，再就是填了一個所謂的承諾書。。。説是公安部門備查。。。第一次住民宿遇到這樣的問題，全是單方面賠償協議，如果真的是房東各方面設備設施都很完善，也無可厚非！但是畢竟現狀也就勉勉強強，何必要這樣呢！

非常乾淨，房東態度非常好，離黃河邊,夜市什麼的都很近，裝修也不錯，值得好評！

房屋位置特別好，離地鐵西關站、中山鐵橋、張掖路商業街都很近。小區門口就是很好吃的西北菜阿西婭，停車也方便。房屋衞生很乾凈，床很舒適，房主還貼心準備了一些生活用品。父母也很滿意，五星推薦！
