Location is good but our room has super strong smoke smell, i went to front desk to request to change room but they said no more available room for us and then i message trip.com and they immediately changed our room. If trip.com did not call then they will not change our room. Quiet frustrating

A ten minute walk from the metro and the center of the city. The room was comfortable and check in was smooth.

I would like to recommend this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful even if you do not speak Chinese like me. The hotel is located in a really nice area near interesting spots in Lanzhou. You can easily grab a taxi to take you anywhere around the city. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back! Thanks a lot I enjoyed my stay.

Second, there is no check-in, and the hygiene of the room is not allowed to be checked. 地段很好，離小吃街不遠，離中山橋白塔寺都很近，一進門就看到房間很乾凈， 裝修風格也很舒服。前台幫忙免費升級了房型，小姐姐很熱情，進門都會打招呼。第二天出去玩了，阿姨幫忙收了垃圾。體驗感很好，總之很超值，如果有機會再來蘭州，還會住這裏。
