Staying for the first time in the newly opened hotel last year, the room was very nice. The decoration is simple, elegant, warm and very comfortable. The hotel’s breakfast is also good, and the staff are enthusiastic and very service-minded. I originally checked out at 13:00, and contacted Zhang Guanqiao, a handsome guy at the front desk, and wanted to apply for a late check-out until 14:00. I was very happy to deal with it! I came to Lanzhou from Shenzhen and drank all the 4 bottles of water in the room at night. I contacted Mr. Zhang Guanqiao at noon and told me that the hotel’s Nongfu Spring is chargeable and gave me three bottles of C'estbon. Thank you very much. I would like to ask the hotel about this, shouldn’t this bottled water be delivered every day? Or is there a charge for drinking in the room? I didn't seem to have encountered this situation in other hotels. Overall it is a good hotel.

When I chose Guotai Anning Hotel, I came from the name of the hotel! Sure enough, it's so festive. The hotel is very nice👍Good hardware, good surrounding environment, good room service, breakfast is very rich and diverse, especially beef ramen, I want to eat it. The only regret is that the welcome fruit that Ctrip said when booking the room was not honored. But the five-star praise is still affirmative!

A family of three traveling by car, went to Lanzhou to finish dinner first, and then searched for Feitian Hotel near the place where they ate. This hotel has a history of 30 years. I am worried that the equipment is old, but after confirming with the front desk, it will be renovated in 2018. The utensils in the room are clean, very new, and have no peculiar smell. Dry and wet separation. The location of the hotel is very good, it is very convenient to go out for dinner. Live on the tenth floor, very quiet. All in all, it was a pleasant hotel experience.

The location is very convenient n amenities were befitting that of a business hotel. That said the fact that only 1-2 lifts(mostly 1 while we were there) works and it takes an average of 7mins for it to arrive each time we used it(off peak n breakfast hours) leaves a lot to be desited(although the floor manager we ran into acknowledges it's an issue they have been trying to resolve).
