This is a great value-for-money accommodation for a short stay or a half-night stopover. It's easy to get to Grandmall, Mactan New Town, Maribago, and Marigondon from here.

The price was cheap and so was the room. The amenities are basic. The TV and basin tap didn't work. I know about the cold shower. The was small, and the bed took up most of the room . The karaoke went until 9 o'clock. There's not much in the way of restaurants. The closest ones are about 500 metres up the road. There's a small store on site that has a menu, but I think it was limited to certain times. The staff working there were OK but I ended up leaving after the first night. It maybe OK for 1 night but that's about it

Buotan Ang receptionist na lalaki . Medjo bring all coins hot water and water are not free you need to insert the coin slot.

Budget Friendly Stay with Mixed Experiences - Good for the Price, but Be Prepared for Quirks We booked this hotel for three nights primarily because of its incredibly low price, around 500+ pesos. Upon arrival, we were surprised to see the area filled with HPG (Highway Patrol Group) motorcycles; it turned out they were also staying there due to an ASEAN event in Lapu-Lapu, which made the vicinity quite busy. When we entered, the reception was unattended for a moment, and when someone did assist us, they seemed rushed and hard to communicate with. Being escorted to our room was an "okay" experience. For the 500-peso price point, it met expectations! The room had a refrigerator, and we were happy to find a bucket and dipper, which meant we could do our laundry a huge plus for us. While the shower pressure was slightly better than our previous accommodation, we still weren't fully satisfied and ended up using the bucket and dipper for bathing. We enjoyed the TV, even if it was a manual one at least it worked! However, our experience at the dining area upon checkout was quite chaotic. The staff there seemed disorganized; they were laughing, and then there was a clear concern from another guest whose order hadn't arrived despite being placed earlier than ours. It turned out their order wasn't even listed, indicating an absent-minded mistake. The scene quickly escalated with staff shouting questions like "Where's the order?" and "Which order?" among themselves, creating a very confusing and unpleasant atmosphere.

The only prob I had was the AC. Hindi masyado lumalamig ang room kahit 16 degrees na ang temp. Kailangan na siguro palitan ang AC. But overall, I was satisfied kasi malapit lang sa venue (JPark) at affordable, 1800 for 3 nights. Thanks AOSMEC!

I am not able to use the accommodation due to delays and changes with my flight schedules and attempted to cancel the booking with the owner 2 times. Both requests were denied. I politely asked for a courtesy to have it cancelled since I am not gonna be able to use the room and also the location is too far from the airport but then the host keeps on declining the request. Very inconsiderate. Poor experience!!

Hot water from the cooler is not free. Before using the fridge, I had to clean it. There were fewer ants in the room than at AOSMEC Pool Camp. Breakfast is decent and available at the hotel. Upon request, they clean the room and change linens/towels, but you need to leave the keys. The location is good, with BBQ spots and supermarkets nearby.
