Although we do our best to ensure the trash is out on its’ respective days, we are not responsible if the bin is full between services and consider this normal use. Additionally, we are not liable for any inconvenience if the trash is full or odor is strong. ****************************CLEANLINESS: While we do not expect you to clean to see your reflection on the floor, we do expect and ask that you keep the home “clean” and tidy, as it was given to you. ****************************LANDSCAPING: We do our absolute best to keep the grounds clean, trimmed and manicured for your safety and to satisfy a pleasing aesthetic. We have landscapers come once a week (usually Thursdays or Fridays), and they can be a little noisy. We apologize in advance. The disruption is usually short-lived and shouldn`t be too much of a disturbance. While we hope you`re at the beach during this time, if you happen to be home and this is a disturbance, we do not grant refunds or credits as a result.*****************************SUPPLIES: The home is well maintained and we do our best to ensure all necessities are stored in the home. However, if we are missing some items, please let us know and we will do our best to replenish.
