Radisson Blu Hotel Larnaca

Very nice rooms with friendly staff, breakfast was fabulous. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a Cake.

I had a fine stay here. The location is a bit out of the way from the center of larnaca. The service was okay but not great. I arrived a bit before 3 pm and my room was not ready which is fine - check in is at 3. The woman checking me in asked me for payment when I had already paid on trip.com. She then told me I would need to wait, perfectly fine. About 40 minutes had gone by and it seems she had forgotten about me, I asked her if the room was ready and she said it should be, but it wasn’t. They were kind enough to give me a free upgrade. Sometimes the ground floor was staffed to call a taxi, other times it was not. When I was staying in my room, house cleaning knocked at 10.30am and I asked them not to come in as I was sleeping. There may have been a bit of a language barrier but they ended up coming in anyways without my permission. Just little things like that. The hotel overall seemed overwhelmed at max capacity. Nothing majorly wrong with my stay but I’m not sure if it lives up to the brand

Excellent hotel. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great with a lot of options.

The car was parked in the hotel parking lot overnight. We spoke with the hotel managers for two days they promised to check with security and get back to us, but no one ever did.
