The room amenities were average, with some showing a lack of maintenance. Housekeeping and service were decent. The hotel's aquatic center and rooftop restaurant with a view were nice. The massage was moderately priced, not expensive.

The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price. The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it.

Our room phone did not have a dial tone on day 2. And the infinity pool is deceiving. Not clearly stated pool hours.

Close to subway station. Water is $3 per bottle. There is a $50 deposit per night. The pool is small. The bathroom smells a bit like a sewer. It's a bit disappointing for a 4 star.

This hotel is a little out of the city center. It has all the necessary facilities, and the rooftop bar is stylish with the Andes in the background, so it seems to be popular. I checked in early, but I was charged extra, which was disappointing.

The location is very good. There are subway stations and many cafes and restaurants nearby. The interior of the house is clean and bright, with complete facilities. It is very comfortable to live! Highly recommend to others to stay! The picture shows food from nearby restaurants🥰

There are many thieves, so be careful

The room is clean, the view is good, you can see the snow-capped mountains, but the room is a bit small I didn’t get up to have breakfast, I don’t know what to do~ I live on the 5th floor. There was a group of people making a lot of noise at one o'clock in the middle of the night. I don't know which floor they were from, but no one came out to stop them.
