Overall I would say that the hotel did not meet our expectations - it is more of a modern 3-star option than a standard 4-star hotel. The service is not very efficient (both of the reception and the room service), the quality of the food is inferior (and it is of course overpriced). Also the location is not very good - although the barrio (district) is very prestige, there is literally nothing to do around, especially during the holidays or weekends, you need to take a taxi to get to the downtown (Providencia and other districts), there is no option of just walking there.

There was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.

Located adjacent to San Diego's financial and business district, the hotel offers an elegant, quiet, and safe environment. It's just a 15-minute walk from two major shopping malls.

very good! ! This is the most comfortable and best hotel I felt on this trip. The bedding is very comfortable, the room is very clean, the lighting is very good, and the breakfast is also very good. This area should be quite safe for urban areas in Chile. The environment in the entire area is also very clean and orderly. It is close to supermarkets and shopping malls nearby. Many people live here basically every day.

The location a few blocks from the top. The BBB restaurant has a coffee shop at night that sells various things. The breakfast is very rich and the attention is wonderful. The check out and check in process was very fast.
