It's convenient to take meals at the breakfast, and it's clean. It's not only close to the company but also close to the subway. It takes 15 minutes' walk from the largest mall in the local area, 10 minutes from the supermarket, and one hour from the airport.

The gym had a lot of useful equipment but it is no spa or gym really. It’s a small room with rusty weights. The team was very friendly but the gym is unacceptable for a hotel deemed 5 star????!!!! Massages were done by nice people and they were value priced for sure, but it was more like a body rub on a hard table with a rough towel to cover you. And finally, not the hotels fault assuredly, but if you are looking for a charming area to stay and visit in Santiago, to walk to cafes or shops, this is not it.

Excellent location, in one of the best neighborhoods - Las Condes, very close to supermarkets, coffee and metro. The apartment has a view of the cordial, is new and well equipped with a vacuum, a refrigerator, a microwave and all the kitchen tools we needed. Parking is free. The only point to improve is with the cleaning, which left a lot to desire.

The hotel is very beautiful and quiet. The staff is incredible and always ready to help. He highlighted above all the friendlyness and attention of Eduardo. The restaurant is imperdible as the food is well made and breakfast is worth it.

The hotel is located well out of the city centre. There are a few restaurants nearby. The room was clean but a bit hit and miss with coffee and creamer sachets and we could have done with more towels. Breakfast was adequate but the hot food was only luke warm, the coffee was not very hot either. On the weekend the breakfast doesn't open until 07.00 which resulted in it being very busy at that time, perhaps it could open earlier to accommodate airline staff and tourists leaving for the airport?

My husband and I stayed in an executive room for 5 nights in January-February 2020 while holidaying around South America. Positives: - a massive fresh, clean and modern room with nice views - good breakfast buffet - good wifi - friendly staff, except for the breakfast staff who were a bit aloof. - within walking distance to the metro station. We Ubered a lot, and this worked fine. (Taxi drivers, however, struggled, to locate the hotel for some reason.) - a nice cocktail bar on the rooftop. Negatives: - we had repeated issues with lack of hot water in the shower. Not acceptable. - we had to ask four times to get our laundry picked up. - no room service for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We were travelling for 3 months and sometimes you're just too tired to venture out for food. Had this been a business trip, I'd had been absolutely appalled as I tend to have room service dinner so as to get a moment's rest and solitude. Simply inexcusable not to provide this service. - music from the cocktail bar carried into our room one night, necessitating earplugs (we were on the highest floor). - the cocktail bar is, understandably, very popular with locals. While I fully support the hotel also providing a space for locals, there should have been some tables (as well as sun loungers during the day) exclusively reserved for paying hotel guests, because it was quite difficult to grab a spot in the relatively small area both during the day and evening. (The hotel appeared to sell daytime pool passes to non-guests.) - about to check out, we called the concierge to ask someone to help us and come pick up our luggage. To our surprise, they informed us that this service was not provided (?!) and that they'd had to ask for permission from someone higher up to send someone to help us. I thought it was a joke at first, it sounded so absurd. When we checked in, there was a bellboy who automatically took all our luggage so making a big show about providing this when checking out was just very odd. All in all, however, a solid four-star hotel.

The overall is acceptable, the price is relatively not high, the parking space fee for applying for parking spaces is a bit difficult, and the reserved phone cannot be reached. In the end, Trip.com customer service helped solve it, and Trip.com customer service was still very powerful.

A infraestrutura é limitada – Disponível precariamente aos sábados e não funcionam aos domingos. Assim, somente na segunda-feira conseguiram resolver a questão do cofre, graças a única atendente que se empenhou para resolver os problemas – Depois, trocaram a geladeira, seguindo a recomendação do técnico que, no sábado, desistira de consertá-la e ele mesmo recomendara a troca. A comunicação com a administração é feita apenas por texto WhatsApp, sem qualquer iniciativa para oferecer um bom serviço - como se estivessem fazendo um favor. Não havia interfone no apto – qualquer problema com o celular do hóspede, causaria falha de comunicação. Também, não havia dicas e nem orientações dos serviços disponíveis nas redondezas. A limpeza não é um primor e em razão de pequena marca de um sabonete colorido (laranja) na toalha, erradamente confundida com maquiagem, recebemos, já no aeroporto, mensagens da Norus, sem identificação pessoal, cobrando (?) por uma mancha de maquiagem na toalha, insistindo que “maquiagem não sai” – sem sequer terem tentado sua remoção com uma simples lavagem - Isso, só isso. Fica agora a dúvida sobre a qualidade da lavanderia usada. Minha mulher retoca maquiagem com lenço de papel tipo Kleenex, levados de casa e eu não uso maquiagem e nem protetor solar, até deveria, mas não uso. Uma marquinha de sabão colorido ao pousá-lo sobre a toalha. Não recusaríamos o ressarcimento de eventuais danos causados, se efetivamente causados, ainda mais de valores tão irrisórios. Ninguém sai de seu conforto de casa, numa época de restrições de pandemia, a custos elevados de hospedagem, câmbio e passagens aéreas para se aborrecer por coisas tão insignificantes. Ao contrário, esperávamos sim, que se desculpassem pelo tempo que perdemos para lidar com as más condições do apto oferecido e talvez até relevado o desconforto, mas ao contrário, recebemos uma comunicação desnecessária e deselegante. Santiago vale a visita sempre e oferece excelentes opções de hospedagem com melhores diárias e atendimento mais profissional.
