Lovely room with a great kitchenette and nice bathroom with a shower. No view from the balcony as it faced another building. The room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed, so I slept well. The building was very central for supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. The bus station was a short walk away. The staff were really helpful. Patricia in particular was very helpful recommending some lovely restaurants and answering my email sent prior to my arrival. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a fantastic holiday at these appointments. The location was fabulous, rooms beautiful and a very large balcony overlooking the beach. The staff were super friendly, helpful and efficient.

Location is very good, right on the beach. Everything you need is nearby. Fantastic staff, always smiling and friendly and trying to help. We had a faaaaaabolus apartment. A separate bedroom and kitchen and an amazing living room looking right at the beach. An amazing large balcony!! Only minus was everything was for 2, the chairs, plates etc but we were 3. We had an amazing time! We will be back!!

Location is excellent with a choice of supermarkets within easy reach, and plenty of places to eat out. The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We found the 24 hour reception very reassuring, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Highly recommend for a great priced apartment in the best possible location direct to the beach. We originally had booked a sea view balcony. Unfortunately it didn’t receive any sun as it was under another balcony though it had great views. We then transferred for a little more money to a room with a large sunny terrace and we just lived on it, watching the comings and goings on the beach and pedestrianized area. The second apartment had less storage as it had a much bigger terrace. It was very clean, good enough kitchen area, always someone on reception. No bar though it is over a nice restaurant. There is a sun terrace on the roof but didn’t use it. And it looked unkempt but there was a maintenance guy up there so possibly they were doing a job on it. Despite it being in a prime location we were not disturbed by any noise from the street.

Great location and views
Spacious studio with fantastic view right next to the beach. Good standard and friendly service. Make sure to reserve an apartment with sea view as some have a view towards a very small and narrow courtyard.

Really great location. Right in the middle of the promenade. Lots of shops and restaurants/bakeries/coffee shops. You can walk for 5k either direction.
Very clean and large apartment- we had sea view. Very well equipped. Toiletries provuded daily. Small kitchen area with everything that you need. Smart Tv. Definitely recommend.
Only disadvantage we found was the noise at night and early mornings right outside the apartment. Also there is no air conditioning but thus didn’t affect us as we stayed in January.

We have had two nice weeks in Apartamentos Colon Playa with friendly and helpful staff at reception and for cleaning. The location by the beach is perfect and with an apartment on the 4th floor, the view from our terrace was outstanding.
