I really needed this location because it’s in the closed proximity to where I could walk. The hotel restaurant is tricky - what they call a stake actually is ground beef with a gravy. I ordered fish with vegetables and a salad and it was ok. Best what they have are eggs and a salad.
The rooms are average. I stayed in two hotels on down town Las Vegas and they were nicer and more modern. The smell water cost like 6 dollars at a gift shop. Not in in walking proximity to buy fruits or any healthy snacks. The hotel is quiet.

On the plus side, the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was quiet enough, having a fridge is nice, and the water pressure is to die for. My room on the third floor faced the mountains; nice view.
The main issue was that the wi-fi was absolutely brutal. If you don't care about wi-fi, this is a fine spot. If you do, this is not the place for you.
