Stayed here for a short trip and had a really pleasant experience 😊 The hotel is clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was comfortable, the bed was great, and everything felt fresh and quiet, which is a big plus in Las Vegas 😌 Staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the overall vibe is relaxed but still stylish. The location is great - very close to the Sphere, and the parking is convenient and easy, which made getting around stress-free 🚗✨ Would definitely consider staying here again 👍

The room arrangement was not good. I booked a king-size bed room but was given twin beds. I don't know if it was due to Ctrip charging too much or poor communication, or if the hotel was rubbish. There was always one problem. The room was also very old, with dead corners in the sanitation and poor sound insulation.

Although the hotel is expensive, the comfort and environment are the best in Las Vegas. However, I have to complain that the luggage can only be stored for 24 hours. It is arrogant to customers. It is very shameless to secretly charge an additional $62 a day. I will not come again next time.

I used the sandwich method and was given a room with a view of the sphere. I was also given 6 coupons, including 2 beers, 2 whiskeys, and 2 desserts (actually sweet baked cookies, which tasted pretty good). The room was large and had traces of age. The location is very close to the airport, only 10 minutes by car, but it is a certain distance from the main street. The price is actually similar to the Venetian Bellagio on the main street. It is recommended to stay on the main street for more convenience.

The room is a three-star hotel in China. You have to take a taxi to get to the city center, or you have to walk for about 30 minutes. The hotel front desk service is good. There is a shortage of water in the desert area. The front desk staff are very friendly and meet your needs. However, the hotel's bedding is too unprofessional. This is the first time I have seen it. Speechless 😓

It was my first time staying at Renaissance, a pure hotel, clean and comfortable, with Starbucks, Bar, restaurant, and Ups store. The facilities are very complete, every staff is very enthusiastic and responsible, especially Anna, who is very responsible. Many people lined up to check in and out in the morning. I booked the hotel through a third-party app, and there was a problem with our third-party payment when I checked out. Anna patiently helped us communicate with the third party, and took care of other customers while waiting for the third-party call. She was very efficient and solved our problem with Anna's patience and careful help. I will patronize again next time💗

The hotel is old and the facilities are old. It is not recommended for travelers who like fancy and good service. There are rooms on one side of the hotel that can directly see the sphere. The meal policy is inconsistent with Ctrip. The purchase of breakfast is a consumption indicator of $50 per room, and the excess is at your own expense.
