Flawless hotel arrangements, the pool is great—large but well-managed. The views are stunning, and being a new hotel is definitely a plus. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended.

Since it was a holiday and quite crowded, we used the self check-in and check-out. Parking cost 21 per day, which wasn't too expensive. Our main purpose for visiting was to see the Amu performance by the sea, so the most important reason for choosing this hotel was its convenient walking distance, avoiding the need to drive. The room wasn't particularly large, but overall it was acceptable and met my needs.

Great hotel with a modern design, spacious rooms and a perfect location in Las Vegas. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the resort has a lot to offer. I would definitely stay here again!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's overall environment was clean and comfortable, and the room was tidy and well-equipped, making for a very relaxing stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly and polite, and always willing to help whenever we had a problem. The hotel's location is convenient, and the overall service and accommodation quality were extremely satisfying. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance, and I'll recommend it to my friends!

We stayed at this hotel again, and we arrived over an hour early that day. When we went to check in, the gentleman at the front desk was so kind and allowed us to check in early, giving us a great room. However, there's a small convenience store in the hotel lobby, and the two female employees there (right by the elevators) were incredibly rude. We just asked them where to find the elevators, and they gave us dirty looks, didn't say anything, and even told us not to ask for directions if we weren't buying anything. Ugh 😑. On the bright side, the food and drinks inside the hotel were all excellent.

Every time I go to a Vegas exhibition, I stay at this hotel. My only complaint is that the complimentary bottled water is ridiculously small. When I asked the front desk for more, I joked that the water was for babies, and the guy at the front desk even laughed and agreed! Plus, it's limited to four bottles per request. The first time I stayed, I couldn't stand it and just drank the Evian from the minibar – it was so much more satisfying to have a proper-sized bottle. The hotel's surroundings are very lively, with various stores and restaurants just across the street, making for a pleasant evening stroll.

Beautiful, well-maintained, and clean, but the staff were arrogant, which I didn't like. Otherwise, it's excellent value for money.

The air conditioning was too loud. I moved from the 21st floor to the 30th floor, but it was still too noisy. Also, the mural in the bathroom with a female portrait felt inappropriate. The hotel's design should consider the different cultural backgrounds of its international guests.

The mini-bar items charge you after 30 seconds of moving them, this resort is ridiculous! 🤣🤣🤣 My room rate included parking, but then the hotel sent me an email saying I needed to register and link a credit card, which could only be done with a US number. I'm roaming and don't have a US number. Management really needs to think. This is a tourist city, how can they expect everyone to have a US number? What's even more absurd is that the front desk told me they'd registered me and I could enter and exit the parking lot. This was around 11 AM. I finally managed to drive out of the hotel around 3 PM because my car simply couldn't exit – the barrier wouldn't lift! I went back and forth between the parking lot and the front desk 4 times during this period. Also, the housekeeping staff refilled the tissue box but left the old box on the counter, and the trash under the bedside table wasn't cleaned. Trip.com was great, they helped contact the hotel efficiently. The hotel staff, however, was unreliable.

What a rip-off! They initially assigned us a room on the 6th floor, claiming it had no view, and said we'd have to pay extra for a higher floor. They also initially denied free parking. After a lengthy discussion, they finally mentioned a code in an email. We then had to spend ages scanning a QR code and navigating a website, which was extremely complicated, and they even charged my credit card! This hotel is located north of the Las Vegas Strip, so it's a bit newer, but not as convenient as the MGM properties like Aria.
