Park MGM Las Vegas Reviews

Brought our dog with us for the trip. We stayed at different dog-friendly hotel before but Park MGM is better as they have a small designated dog pee/poop area for our dog to use. Which makes it a lot easier as Vegas strips doesn't have too much grass area. They charged us an extra $100 per day per dog. Which I think is a reasonable price.

I had a great view and checking in and out was super easy! Great hotel and it was a non-smoking one which was a plus!! Made walking to the ***** easy.

The room is quite spacious, and although the hallway ceilings are a bit low, it offers great value for money. The pool opens at 9 AM, which is decent. There are many dining options in the food street, and you can grab breakfast at Starbucks. The MGM Monorail connects to six hotels, which is very convenient. Plus, the Coca-Cola and M&M's flagship stores are right across from the hotel.

The best part about the hotel is it’s smoke free, and location is quite decent. The not so good part about the hotel is that the room is a bit aged, with very minimal amenities, there’s no clock, fridge, and the curtains needed to be rolled up and down by hands, also the towels looked old and not that clean that I didn’t want to touch them. Check in and out queues were long, and staff were slow. Also swimming pool closes so early at 4pm which is ridiculous as sunset time is 8pm.

Typically I go to Vegas every other week and MGM Park is of my favorite stays. Loved that it took less then five minutes to get to T Mobile Arena but the lack of cleanliness and customer service was disappointing. I was checked in by the same person from two weeks before who’s attitude was very of putting and rude. One of the bedroom queen beds had bugs and stains on the bedding. There we was cleaning supplies left behind as well.

The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was excellent 👍 The environment was warm and comfortable, and the front desk staff provided enthusiastic and thoughtful service. The cleaning staff were also very polite! Truly great 😎👍👍👍

The only complaint I have is that I was expecting a walking shower and got a tub instead. Also, I booked a ***** view room but ended up getting a view of a roof instead.

The location was perfect. Visited the pool area during this stay, and I regret not going sooner. There wasn’t a lot of people. Food and drinks there were great. Visited the gym, a little small but I was able to have a good work out. Gym was full but did not feel like I had to wait on any machines or equipment. Everything aside from check in and check out was fine excellent. The front desk personal that checked me in was on a personal call while helping me check in. A check in that normally would take a minute or two took too long while she finished her conversation. At check out even after paying for my parking at check in I was force to pay again as the card I was provided showed an error. The call service at the parking lot only rang but no one answered.

Overall, the hotel is pretty average. You can grab breakfast at the Starbucks on the ground floor, and there's also a noodle shop on the ground floor if you want dinner. If the queue is too long, you can always get takeout and eat it in your room.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the most bustling and upscale commercial district. You'll find everything you expect and even some pleasant surprises. Just be aware, the mini-bar is best left untouched; anything you take is automatically charged and quite expensive. Although toothbrushes and slippers aren't provided in the room, you can call the front desk and they'll send them up – a bit of a hidden perk! You're welcome for the tip.

The HVAC went out around 8 PM and took about four hours to send someone but luckily the tech was very nice and apologetic for the front desk’s lack of follow through and them blowing us off for hours lol. The maids are all lovely though!

It's decent for the price. The location is good too, with plenty of amenities nearby.
