New York-New York Hotel & Casino

We had an amazing time with the family stayed for five days. The hotel is very clean. This staff is very friendly. Location is amazing close to everything there’s the bus that runs up and down the ***** name the deuce you can grab right out front. Our room was on the 23rd floor facing the ***** right above the roller coaster. It was a great view and the hotel overall was amazing. I would definitely come back.

The hotel's location is good. Everything else is not... We stayed two nights. The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. We were right where the roller coaster was. The noise was constant until well into the night. The noise of the machinery, people screaming, and the ride running. Horrible. To make matters worse, they didn't clean our room. It wasn't the employees' fault. It was the hotel management's fault. We asked a cleaning lady, and she told us that the hotel had given orders not to clean any rooms that weren't newly checked in. They were having a lot of check-ins and couldn't keep up with the staff... Besides, the lady told us she had been working since 8:00 a.m. It could easily have been 10:00 p.m.

Hotel is so so and I deposited money didn’t return to me, but location is good going to different hotel.

Decoration of the room is chic, simple and clean. It’s located along the main ***** hence it is easy to walk to the various hotels and check out the lobbies and malls. We got a room facilities facing part of the roller coaster track thus the sound went on till midnight. Hotel has got good vibes.

Overall room was huge and bright. clean. Restaurant selection was decent. Hotel is quite connected so a good locaion
