Big room, comfy bedding and great shower. Central location, very busy hotel, expect long queue during check in. No hot water for tea/coffee.

The location is superb. Those places to see are all walking distances and a lot of convenient stores. Only downside was they didnt provide free water bottled , tea or even kettle to boil water. Being a resort they also didnt provide bathrobe abd sleepers as well. Anyway I had the room with the nice view of the *****. Overall my stay in this hotel was not bad.

The room itself was pretty good. It's a bit of a hassle that US hotels don't provide disposable slippers and toothbrushes, but other than that, everything was fine. Even without tipping, we still got a room with a view of the Sphere.

The location is unbeatable, but unfortunately that’s where the positives end. The cold-water faucet in my room didn’t work, which is unacceptable for a so-called four-star hotel. The bathroom design is baffling—the glass door blocks half of the bathroom when opened. Overall, the facilities feel dated and overdue for a serious upgrade.

A very average experience. No water or tea or any other facility. Self parking was atrocious. Check-in was quick. If you are after a bed to sleep in - that’s all it is.

The location was great, room was clean if you want just want to stay here and be close to everything, it is a great option, however if you wanted to enjoy more hotel amenities, other franchise like MGM might suit you better.

This hotel is amazing, I was offered a 1300 square feet premium suite on a slow day. I love how the gym layout with all the equipments I like. I would return here again!
