Hotels near Saxe Theater in Las Vegas

Typical Vegas Style ****** resort - Pyramid/Egypt themed. Got upgraded which was a plus and room was a corner suite which was spacious. Great food options and pool was closed since it was winter. The good: Price point is favorable and resort fee plus parking is standard if Vegas. Location was end of the south ***** and great access to tram and Las Vegas Blvd The bad: Check in was long as there was a long line and not enough staff. Elevators were slow and 2 were not working so long wait. Rooms were a bit dates but ok for price.

My leisure,libation,fun,enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The exotic cuisine is authentic that’s why I find it to be perfect and excellent. The service is attentive and personal at it’s best. Keep me in mind everytime you want to make a deal in your promotions and marketing. I can use a break such as freebies, discounts, comps., free play, that are worth coming back for as incentive to get me in the house to patronize your business. Make it competitive for there are others that want my business as well but not attractive enough of a proposal for me to splurge and spend my social security and pension in wholeheartedly without regret and restraint. The most important thing is that I paint the town red, go gallivanting, find pleasure and enjoyment in everything I do and not be dissapointed and discouraged or disgusted and annoyed/irritated. Make me happy, is that so much to ask ? As I know for certain that the House always wins.

As normal, my reviews are usually based on how a particular hotel or restaurant rates in its class, and against similar competition. In other words, a Hampton Inn isn’t to be compared to say, a Four Seasons. And on that note; Gold Coast Hotel and ****** is not to be compared to The Palazzo, Wynn or The Bellagio, all of which are located on the strip. Located just a mile west of the strip, on W Flamingo, the location is actually better than expected. One can be on the strip in a 15-20 min walk. So, though not on the strip, it’s not as bad as some of the other comparable hotel ******s. We were in town to do a show, and needed ample parking for our trucks. So staying on the strip was out either way: That leaves a few select hotels that could accommodate us; and many of these are in rather sketchy areas. GC has a huge parking area in the rear, with easy access and multiple entries. Overall, it’s probably not as large as The Orleans, but certainly a better location in my opinion. And it’s absolutely light yrs better and much safer than the “Wild Wild West Days Inn” on Tropicana(in which I’ll say in bold text, STAY AWAY!”) The GC exterior seems the same as the day it was built: in other words, old and worn…lol. However, enter inside, and you’ll notice a much improved interior to its humble beginning. The decor still leans classic, but with a touch of modern: And overall actually, quite nice. There’s plenty of gaming, and several restaurants, including a TGIF, which I did not try, and a really good Chinese joint, which I did. The lunch menu was reasonable, and the quality was actually pretty good, if you want Chinese: And they’re open till 3am. Amenities here include a swimming pool(small), and a bowling alley. Neither of which I had time to use… Sorry Rooms: The rooms here have been updated with a fresh remodel at some point recently. A new Flatscreen tv, and a modern wardrobe add to the details. Note: I was one floor from the top, which can be tricky for battling the Vegas heat, for many hotel A/C systems. However, the unit in my room was more than adequate at keeping things chilled down(That one surprised me). The bathroom has all new tile, and a small window for some ventilation(nice touch). Water pressure was really good, but temperature wasn’t easy to adjust at first; but no deal breaker. Overall, the room was clean, modern enough, and the beds was decent for this price range. The service here was surprisingly good(I’ve read this before, and in many places, from those who have stayed at many of the Boyd properties). Everyone was extra friendly, and made the extra effort to make one feel welcomed. So, while not a Four Seasons, you’ll have no worries. Wrapping it up: Overall, this is a good choice for the money; and certainly has ample parking for big rigs, motor homes or other. This is a very late review. I stayed here in March 2020, pre Covid. I love Henderson hotels for the safe neighborhood and no smoke unlike the hotels on Vegas Strip. My go to was always TownePlace Suites, their sister property in the same area. SpringHill did not disappoint. Perfect coffee, large rooms, great breakfast buffet. I am torn on which one to choose if I visit Vegas again. Cannot go wrong with either.

The four seasons still have nothing to say to my satisfaction. The bedding is very comfortable, the overall environment is very good, and the service attitude is very good. There is room service twice a day. There is a place for spa and manicure on the ground floor. You can choose to park by others (Valet parking, more than 30 dollars a night), you can also park at the Mandalay Bay Hotel (free). The hotel can live under 21 years old, this time it is Christmas, there are Christmas tree and Santa Claus! It is in the same building as the Mandalay Bay Hotel. Below the 37th floor is the Mandalay Hotel, and above the 37th floor is the Four Seasons. It has a separate entrance and elevator. You can use all the facilities of the Mandalay Hotel or go to the Mandalay Hotel. Casino play. There is a sense of quietness in the middle of the noisy as a whole, and there is still a quiet and fresh place to live in a city like Las Vegas. The location of the hotel is not on the Las Vegas Strip. People who don’t drive by themselves need to take a taxi, but Las Vegas is really small. A few minutes. Most hotels in Las Vegas charge an additional resort fee of about $30 a day. Except for some express hotels, almost all casino hotels and luxury hotels charge it. Overall this stay experience was really great!

We was show so much love when we arrive there. the staff was awesome. We was there for four days. It was our first time. And the breakfast was awesome. Precious and Cindy and byan show us much love. The room was awesome and clean real good.

Loved our stay at the Mirage, however; There was no coffee maker and no microwave which was a bummer because we had leftovers that would have been so much better heated up The pool, restaurants and Beatles Cirque show were all fantastic!! Our waitress at the pool “Heather” was a total SUPERSTAR. Fast, efficient and super nice

Excellent hotel with all the amenities available! They found out that my husband and I were on our honeymoon and gave us some food credit! :)

To all my reader's who are reading this. My stay @ the Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip was too short but still a great spot to stay. Some of the features of the room that I liked was the 2 layer curtains that had one to block out the glare and the other to completely block out all light from coming in. I also like the spacious mini fridge. I put a whole pizza box in there for the leftover pizza I ate the next morning being my concert. The view of the Festival entrance was great, especially at night with all the colorful lighting. It was also walking distance to my concert. They also have a marketplace which was convenient for me to buy drinks, ice cream and pizza and more. I recommend this place if you have a nearby event by the hotel and cause its very clean in the rooms and its private but also come with glass ware, microwave and coffee machine with a sink to wash your dishes.
