Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Center Strip Las Vegas

Las Vegas Strip Las Vegas|0.07km from Saxe Theater
This was by far one of the best places that I’ve stayed in on the Las Vegas *****. Everything from the room to the service to how clean the rooms were how polite and attentive the staff were I cannot complement the hotel and the quality of the employees enough. The service provided by the staff of the hotel was easily equivalent to any five star hotel chain on the *****. In my opinion some of the more well-known hotels like the Bellagio, Caesar’s Palace, the Wynn, even the Waldorf Astoria these are all good hotels but they’re becoming a little bit dated. The Hilton is clean, fresh, new, modern, and just a very well-built updated hotel chain. We had a junior suit which for two of us was a very good size. We didn’t feel cramped into a room like a lot of places where you feel like the bed take up all the space in the room. The location and the view we had was amazing. I don’t know about every room but our room looked right onto the Eiffel Tower and the Bellagio water show. It would be hard to get a better view than we had right from our window. The location of the hotel is excellent leading right into a mall with plenty of shopping and places to eat and directly across the street from another mall with even more shopping. Check in and check out were both easy and uneventful. Both times the staff at the Hilton were amazing. The rooms are not the cheapest but if you can afford to stay here it’s a great decision to choose the Hilton over the other hotels on the ***** for its location, room size and cleanliness, excellent staff, and value for the price. Enjoy your stay in Vagas.

Good location, as it is pretty close to being at the center of the *****. Any staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean...I would however call housekeeping the minute you get in your room and ask for more pillows as they are very flat, you need 2 to make 1 and they run out quickly. Pool area was nicely maintained, the family pool was closed when we were there but the big pool was open and clean.

The value for the room and location was excellent. Lucky to get a small suite (full kitchen, living room, dining room, and bedroom) on the strip for under $100 including taxes and resort fees and free parking! Facilities were definitely dated but clean and acceptable. Caveats- This was a Tuesday night on March 2, 2021. Covid-19 was on its way down but there were plenty of restaurants and ******s open for service. Hotel service was limited but who stays in their hotel when they go to Vegas? The major issue was not the hotel but the Trip.com ad that said the room came with 3 meals/day for up to 4 people. This was incorrect. The hotel told me to complain to the app, Trip.com because they did not even have a restaurant onsite. Not a huge deal because we were not planning to eat at the hotel anyway, but it was disappointing to see a mistake that was so deceiving.

The hardware is ok, and the taxi driver is also a new hotel with a good price/performance ratio. However, Xian had previously called to ask the hotel to collect the parcels. Then I placed the order. It turns out that this is a charge, and you also tell the customer in advance when you have a key telephone consultation. Going to hotels in many countries is free. Las Vegas is different. . .

There is a doorman for parking in the hotel. There is no self-service parking lot. It takes too long to wait for the car. I don’t like the reserved room type with balcony, but I don’t see the view. I only see the parking lot. The balcony door is not locked. The room is relatively spacious and the sound insulation effect is good. The bed is uncomfortable. There is only one charging port at the head of the bed. Poor service at the front desk is the worst experience of staying in a hotel in Las Vegas. Not recommended

Beautiful views, spacious room. Don’t drink the water bottles, it’s the same water they use in the jails. I was drunk and dehydrated and I drank some and it was so bad. Also the bedding had a very funny smell. Idk if this is one of those places where they don’t wash the sheets if they don’t have to or what but ew. Based off of that idk how clean this room is as a whole. I would just pay a little more to book the same room with better quality things directly from Signature. I usually book with Signature but I thought I’d give this a try. I’d rather stay in a room I know is clean.
