The main house has three bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, a large living room, and a Billiard table. The Guest House B has one bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, and living room with dining table. Laundry, Pool area with Tiki Hub, 2 BBQ grills, plenty of lounge chairs, and outdoor tables on the waterway. Quiet family neighborhood. The dock is available for boats 23 Ft. (a fee of $ 300 applies, and we require boat insurance) It is centrally located two blocks from the beach and 5 minutes from the entertainment area of Lauderdale by the Sea.
