Could not get yhe tv to work and the jacuzzi tub did not work properly

We just needed a place to sleep to cut a big drive in half, and the Super8 did just that. Staff was nice, room was ok, though it lacked a bit of love -- could have used a lamp on the second night stand, the breakfast was sad. But for the price, it delivered.

We had to stay 2 nights in Pembroke and thought we would try Super 8. There was stomping and extreme noise above us all night long. I’m not sure if they are renovating during the night or what, but it was constant loud noise. Neither my husband, our infant, or myself got a wink of sleep. I would highly recommend paying the additional $50 and staying at The Comfort Inn, they are phenomenal.

The building felt new and very clean. My husband and I love that the floor was hardwood and not rugs.
We would definitely stay there again.

Accommodated our 45 minute early arrival. We thought going with a chain would be better. No one at the front desk, a little girl alerted what seemed to be her big sister that someone was here. The room smelled like mold and urine and a cooking spice. Bedside lights didn’t work because the plug was cut off.
Overall dirty and run down. Unappealing bedspread colour, red. And dirty. Sorry but we were not happy leaving one dollars plus there.

There were Kaoud conversations heard through the walls late at night and the WiFi only works when you aren’t using an app.
Otherwise it’s clean and the staff are very nice.

The cleanliness of the room was ok except checked mattress bottom underneath protective cover was stained and also found the breakfast to be all bread based and not a variety of selection leaving it on the down side.
