我要好好寫一下這個酒店，讓看懂中文的人都避坑，這個酒店的問題，是圖片的美沒辦法説出來的。
確實是挺好看的，但確實讓我開眼界的不友好酒店
設施上
1.在瑞士半個月，除了這個酒店讓人在拉行李入住都是溝溝坎坎，其他都是絲滑的無障礙通道，他沒有無障礙的，你如果行李多就去前台讓人幫你搬
2.它前台等的門都是旋轉門，有啥問題？它這個旋轉門是要自己推的，然後你就一邊往前走，一邊推，關鍵特別狹小，特別費勁
3.我們套房的樓的台階，走起來都有點晃，台階鬆動了
4.它那麼大空間，電梯很小很小，甚至娃的推車都很難進，衹夠讓行李或者推車自己上去，分批上
5.我在酒店早餐用餐的時候，老是覺得很容易就碰到其他人，後來問了隊友，他説他也是，可見這個酒店的動線極其不合理，甚至它喝咖啡的扔垃圾的地方旁邊就是放乾淨的勺子，讓人想着到底這勺子是乾淨還是用過的，反正很多**設計
6.廁所巨大，但是洗澡水還是會流出來流一地，它的浴巾啥的質量也是低於平均水平，但反正我們都沒用也無所謂了
衞生上
1.第一個套房一進門隊友打開冰箱聞到死老鼠味，換房
2.後來換了一個房，我夜晚因為我自己帶的吹風機要轉換器，我就想着用他們的，結果一吹，我肯定上一次被人用來吹乾過鞋子
3.娃睡了加床的小床，隊友去那裡睡了一下，説那個枕頭有一股魚腥味，後來我去聞了，哪是魚腥味，就是臭腳味，和第2點完全吻合
沒辦法想象這就是酒店管理專業世界聞名的洛桑，還是排名靠前酒店的套房
關於態度上我覺得他們並沒有為自己糟糕的衞生感覺真正的抱歉，行李多，甚至旋轉門很難轉進來，也沒人在前台看到幫你開另外的門，因為他們前台沒人喊，沒人。

和美岸皇宮、烏契城堡是一個集團的。房間有點小，剛剛翻新有味道，房間分成兩個訂單兩個房型，本想不要換房間了，工作人員比較死板不通融，這點比較不舒服。不人性化。酒店門口石子路費輪子。另外有台階，雖然服務員幫忙，退房拖行李始終不太方便。離地鐵站近，衞生很好。景觀位置佳。

Hotel très agréable. Seul bémol le prix du petit déjeuner devrait être repensé pour les personnes qui ne prennent que du sucré (viennoiseries et pain)
