The hotel reception staff were very kind and helpful. When my credit card payment kept failing, they assisted me in booking a train ticket. The hotel is located on a hill—not very close to the main train station, but relatively near a subway entrance.

I'd like to thank the lobby staff and the cleaning staff! Thank you for your incredibly kind hospitality.
The best part about this hotel is that it's located between two stations, Ours and Bessieres. There's also a Co-op supermarket just a minute's walk away. Cutlery is provided: two plates, two bowls, a spoon, a fork, and a knife. I was a bit surprised that there wasn't a kitchen knife, but I managed to cut a melon with it. Haha, it's really good.
Eating in front of the window with the curtains open felt like eating on the terrace, and there were side tables, which made it nice to sit and relax.
The only downsides I noticed were that the hotel is a bit dark, there's no air conditioning, and since it's on the main street, you can hear some traffic noise. Without air conditioning, it was a bit hot while I was sleeping. The noise from traffic is okay during the day, but it's quieter at night, so it's okay.

The hotel is very unique with chocolate theme. It has all the necessary facilities, but everything is a little bit smaller! It is located near Lausanne Station. It is a bit difficult to walk uphill with luggage. You can choose to take a few stops of light rail. There is a coop supermarket and a cafe just a few steps away, which is very convenient.
