Be ready for great times and a memorial experience with the warmest and helpful staff in an exquisite and spectacular chateau resort. As Americans visiting family the region during the winter, we did not take advantage of the wonderful assortment of spa services but dined nearly nightly during our week lokng stay and thourally enjoyed every minute. The view during winter friom tghe room and restruants, is jaw dropping, You will dine in five star excellence and discuss the adventures in Quercy of the day pointing to the path in the horizon. We can niot wait toi stay again, so shhh... its not _that_ perfect ;)

Very good reception. Evening service: very friendly staff. Departure on 04/20/24 (08:15 a.m.) the cashier responsible has difficulty saying hello. She asks us for the sum of 6.20 euros for 2 drinks which we paid in cash the day before. She questions our word while customers are present. We almost seemed dishonest when we asked him to contact the very nice little employee who had served us. The latter refused. Despite everything, we left a tip and she gave us no thanks. For our part, we are taking this situation very badly. Having already been an employer, I am outraged by the attitude of this employee whose assignment to this position deserves to be reconsidered. Site magnifique, hôtel très beau aussi mais vieillissant. Beaucoup de réfection à faire sur les équipements, parasol cassé, spa avec des grilles sous l eau qui vous aspire le pied, personnel très gentil mais débordé je pense. Par contre très déçu du restaurant, l an dernier nous étions venus on avait pris le menu dégustation à 75€, digne d un Michel Sarran ! Cette année on est loin du compte, menu à 58€ avec des supplements à 8€ pour certains plats, assiette non copieuse, un supplément pour avoir un morceau de fois gras de la taille d un timbre poste... Vu le prix on est reparti avec la faim au ventre dans les chambres... Nous avons aussi tester le nouveau restaurant le bistrot, sympa on ne peut y aller qu en voiturette de golf, par contre à 22h fermeture du bistrot, il faut avoir fini de manger avant.... Vu le prix, 1200€ pour 4 personnes pour 2 nuits sans soin... On est dans une tranche de luxe qui mérite mieux pour nous en tout cas.

Nous rentrons d’une semaine dans cet établissement où nous séjournons depuis plus de 12 ans, plusieurs fois dans l’année, nous sommes toujours très satisfait de cet endroit, autant par la qualité des services du personnel, de la structure, du dépaysement et particulièrement cette année avec les nouvelles installations notamment le restaurant, l’orée du bois Nous avons mangé plusieurs fois et nous nous sommes régalés dans un cadre magnifique ainsi que les nouvelles chambres à l’orée du bois qui sont somptueuse des petites voitures golfettes permettent de vous y rendre, un moment supplémentaire de détente, si vous ne jouez pas dans les chambres de l’orée du bois, mais dans l’hôtel traditionnel, le personnel vous accompagne avec une golf fête pour manger dans le restaurant de l’orée du bois et vous accompagne lorsque vous désirez un service quatre étoiles Que dire des petits déjeuners, toujours aussi somptueux toujours avec des produits locaux bio et un personnel aux petits soins Les soins aux SPA ont été un excellent moment de détente effectué par deux jeunes filles très professionnelles Cet établissement et, à recommander, les yeux fermés, nous y retournerons avec toujours un immense plaisir
