The price was high for the quality of room provided. The room was small, but there's still no excuse for the poor design. First, there are no curtains so it was uncomfortable getting in the shower which was directly in line with the window. It was also very bright in the morning which disrupted my sleep. The shower may need new grout because it currently looks quite mouldy. The worst part is that there is no door to the toilet. That is beyond unsanitary. It's also incredibly weird that someone can see the toilet from the bed with no privacy. I am baffled by this room.

The shower is small and the door opens inward for some reason, which made it ridiculous to get in and out trying to maneuver around the door. There's no way a bigger body could manage. Great location, just across the street from the SNCF train station. Walking distance to the historical part of the city. The room is small, I booked a single bed, but it was everything I needed. I don't need a fancy place, just clean, comfortable & quiet. This hotel met my needs. The receptionist was so helpful and was quick to respond ,via email, to any questions I had.

J'ai été accusée à tort par la dame de l'accueil d'avoir mis de la musique et avoir fait du bruit toute la nuit. Cependant je dormais chaque nuit à 21h30. Ils ont préféré informer mon entreprise sans même me demander si j'étais à l'origine du bruit. Ce qui m'as value des problèmes avec mon entreprise. J'ai également été victime de racisme au sein de cet hôtel par la même dame de l'accueil.

Accueil par Mathilde à la réception toujours exceptionnel. Hotel chaleureux comme à la maison. Chambre agréable et la proximité de la gare Laval est vraiment un plus....une minute à pieds. A conseiller les yeux fermés.

Siamo rimasti molto delusi per la scelta. Stanza in mansarda con forte odore di fumo senza condizionatore e finestra sul tetto. Senza creare problemi ci e stata sostituita con la camera adiacente, anche questa con odore di chiuso e di fumo, ma avendo la finestra in parte i disagi si sono attenuati. Colazione discreta. Unica cosa positiva è la ragazza alla reception che si è dimostrata gentile e disponibile.

Un très bel hôtel où il est agréable de séjourner. La décoration est minimaliste et zen. Le personnel discret et à disposition. Il nous a cependant manqué une bouilloire et un parking pour que tout soit parfait :)

Il me paraît pour le moins problématique de ne voir personne à la réception d’un hôtel trois étoiles durant un séjour de deux nuits. De plus les contacts téléphoniques sont aléatoires. Les chambres sont petites. L’hôtel est bien placé par rapport à la gare.

Le temps d'une étape à mi parcours de notre destination, nous sommes restés dormir et avons passé une excellente nuit reposante, au calme et dans un lit super confortable ! La douche était fonctionnelle et l'eau à bonne température
