"Hotel wants to be a touch above the regular type; more complete deco, more artistic, richer fabrics, more expensive furniture… a tad European in style. Very responsive staff and amazing room cleaning coming at anytime while we are away. Breakfast buffet also more extensive than other hotels with smoke salmon, danishes, fruits . Had a wonderful week and very conveniently located to zoom on the autoroute 15 north and south bound."

"The room features a modern design with a pleasant ambiance and is overall very clean and comfortable - just as one would expect from a Hilton branded 4-star hotel. However, I would like to highlight the absence of a proper kettle for Tea Drinkers. As tea enthusiasts, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine, as the water carries a noticeable coffee taste and aroma, which affects the flavour of the tea. Additionally, there was no hot water dispenser available in the common areas on each floor. Providing a small electric kettle in each room would be a simple yet meaningful addition to accommodate all beverage preferences. Otherwise, it may not be appropriate to provide tea bags in the room minibar. I hope this feedback is helpful in your ongoing efforts to improve the guest experience."
