The hot water for bathing is very unstable, the hot and cold cannot be balanced, I am very annoyed with the hot water, there is more hot water than cold, so the water cannot be balanced

The staff were super friendly. Variety of food for breakfast (and tasted good too, except the coffee latte and cappucino which was too much milk :) ). It worth the price. Highly recommended for families and vacation. Too bad the pool were under maintenance. Btw the cooler at the room was not cold enough to put your ice cream.

Overall good. The minus for me personally is the cleanliness can be improved especially the bathroom, crusts on the soap dish and corners of the bathroom. Incidentally did not take the breakfast package so I don't know about the food. The mattress and pillows are comfortable, the TV is also okay, the hot and cool water is okay, the AC is safe. Oh yeah, unfortunately there is no elevator even though it's only on the 2nd floor if there are a lot of things, it's difficult. Thank you diamond hotel solo

The hotel is very old. But clean. Very polite service. All seniors. Every Sunday, I go out to the hotel and have a cfd. Breakfast is also delicious and the menu is varied.

Room was below average and you could see stains on the bedsheets. Room odour wasn't the greatest. Shower head was filthy. And you could hear noise outside your room door when people walked or talking. Check in staff wasn't professional as one would expect. They are just saying yes and ok to every things or request merely just to get rid of you. No follow up on things requested even though things that you have agreed upon checking in. Hopefully they would change for the better because they are serious competition in the city.

************* Get a room that meets the needs, the hotel is beautiful and clean, just that we arrived too late and in the morning we had to check out because the event was early and finished at noon, Sticky card too enjoy the hotel facilities in addition to a comfortable sleep 😀

It's fun to stay here, only there are still a few shortcomings such as the cleanliness of the room there was water on the floor, it seemed that something was leaking from the refrigerator
